[Abstract]:The choice of optimal single-energy image in post-treatment of low-limb arterial disease Objective: To study the application price of the optimal contrast-to-noise ratio for improving the image quality of the lower limb artery CTA image. Methods:96 patients with lower extremity arterial disease from May 2010 to July 2012 were collected, including 44 male,52 female,13 in grade 1,12 in grade 2,29 in grade 3,26 in grade 4 and 5 in grade 5. 16 cases. The scan range from the umbilicus to the sole of the foot was measured with the GE Discover 750 gem energy spectrum CT, all of which were DS A. The image post-treatment is reconstructed with the instrument-provided ADW3.4 and the GSI-view software, and the best measurement is performed on the single-energy cross-section image CNR. The contrast and noise values of each segment are measured on the QC image, the system default keV, and the keV single-energy image obtained with the optimal CNR, respectively, according to the segmentation method of the lower limb artery, such as Ota, and the other two deputy directors and the above-mentioned long-term radiation of the blood vessel image are requested. The cardiologist scores the image quality of the single-energy image, the QC image, and the system default selected single-energy image obtained with the best CNR, respectively, to evaluate the post-processing with the best CNR The value of the software was statistically treated with the Stata10.0 software, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The results showed that the mean value of keV obtained by the optimal CNR was (51.5-7.3) keV. In the total of 864 cases, the image scores of single-energy obtained by the optimal CNR were significantly higher than the system's default keV single-energy image and the QC image, and the image score of the system's default keV image was high. For QC images, the results were statistically significant (P 0.05) Compared with the other two methods, the contrast and noise of the single-energy image of each segment of the energy obtained by using the optimal CNR are also higher than the contrast and the noise of the single-energy image of each segment obtained by the optimal CNR. Conclusion: The best contrast of the lower limb artery and the surrounding tissues can be obtained by using the optimal CNR technique, so that the lower limb arteries can be displayed more clearly, so that the lower limb artery CTA can be obtained.
