复合氨基酸制剂对有氧运动大鼠肝脏、肾脏羰基化蛋白含量影响的研究

【摘要】:为了探讨同时补充Tau和BCAA对运动机体的影响,选用50只健康雄性SD大鼠适应性喂养后随机分为安静对照组(CG),运动组(EG),运动服Tau组(ETG),运动服BCAA组(EBG)和运动服复合氨基酸组(ETBG),每组10只。CG组不运动,其余全部按运动方案进行8周有氧运动训练,其中最后一次运动时所有大鼠采用递增负荷跑台运动至力竭,即刻取肝脏和肾脏组织,检测其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,丙二醛(MDA)和蛋白质羰基含量。通过测定相关抗氧化酶的活性以及MDA和蛋白质羰基含量来分析其对大鼠机体的保护作用。大鼠肝脏内各指标的测定结果:在所有五个指标的测定结果中,ETBG、ETG和EBG三个组与CG组、EG组比较均具有显著性差异(P0.05;P0.01);在CAT活性,MDA以及蛋白质羰基含量三个指标中ETBG组与ETG组、EBG组比较有显著性差异(P0.05;P0.01);在SOD、GSH-Px活性的结果中,ETBG组与ETG组比较有显著性差异(P0.05;P0.01);肾脏的各指标测定结果:除CAT活性以外的四个指标的测定结果中,ETBG、ETG和EBG三个组与CG组、EG组比较均具有显著性差异(P0.05;P0.01),并且ETBG组与ETG组、EBG组比较有显著性差异(P0.05;P0.01);在CAT的测定结果中,ETG和EBG两个组跟CG组比较有非常显著性差异(P0.01),跟EG组比较有升高的趋势,但无显著性差异,其中ETBG组跟CG组和EG组都有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论:8周递增负荷有氧运动训练可提高力竭运动大鼠肝脏和肾脏内SOD、GSH-Px、CAT等抗氧化酶的活性,降低其MDA和蛋白质羰基化的含量,但是本次实验结果发现这种作用并不显著;8周递增负荷有氧运动训练结合灌服牛磺酸或支链氨基酸都可显著提高力竭运动大鼠肝脏和肾脏内SOD、GSH-Px、CAT等抗氧化酶的活性;显著降低其MDA和蛋白质羰基化的含量;灌服复合氨基酸可显著提高8周递增负荷有氧运动训练后力竭运动大鼠肝脏和肾脏内SOD、GSH-Px、CAT等抗氧化酶的活性;显著降低其MDA和蛋白质羰基化含量;灌服复合氨基酸组大鼠肝脏和肾脏内SOD、GSH-Px等抗氧化酶的活性以及MDA和蛋白质羰基化含量都明显优于单独灌服牛磺酸或支链氨基酸,且具有显著性意义,但肾脏内CAT的活性除外。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of Tau and BCAA supplementation on exercise body, 50 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into quiet control group (CG), exercise group (EG), sportswear Tau group (ETG), after adaptive feeding. (EBG) in BCAA group and (ETBG), in compound amino acid group were 10 rats in each group. CG group did not exercise, the rest were trained according to exercise program for 8 weeks. During the last exercise, all the rats were exhausted by incremental load treadmill exercise. The liver and kidney tissues were taken immediately and their SOD (SOD), was detected. Activities of GSH-Px and catalase (CAT), malondialdehyde (MDA) and protein carbonyl content. The protective effects of related antioxidant enzymes and MDA and protein carbonyl groups on rats were analyzed by measuring the activities of related antioxidant enzymes and the contents of related antioxidant enzymes and protein carbonyl groups.
