多层螺旋CT血管成像联合三维重建技术在主动脉夹层动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值

【摘要】：目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像联合三维重建技术在诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤中的应用价值。方法选择2012年6月~2014年1月我院收治的44例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者作为研究对象。所有患者均行多层螺旋CT胸腹部扫描,采用最大密度投影、多平面重建、曲面重建、容积重现等技术对其进行三维重建,根据重建图像进行诊断,并与DSA检查结果进行比较。结果 CT检查结果与DSA检查结果具有较高的一致性,二者比较无显著差异(P0.05)。多层螺旋CT对主动脉夹层累及范围、腔内血栓、管壁钙化及破裂情况具有较高的诊断准确率。结论多层螺旋CT血管成像联合三维重建技术在主动脉夹层动脉瘤的病情评价、病变部位及累及范围的定位等方面具有较高的价值,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography combined with three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of aortic dissecting aneurysm. Methods from June 2012 to January 2014, 44 patients with aortic dissecting aneurysm were selected as the subjects. All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT chest and abdomen scanning. Maximum density projection, multi-plane reconstruction, surface reconstruction and volume reconstruction were used to reconstruct them. The reconstructed images were diagnosed according to the reconstructed images, and the results were compared with those of DSA. Results the results of CT were in good agreement with those of DSA, and there was no significant difference between them (P 0.05). Multi-slice spiral CT has high diagnostic accuracy in the extent of aortic dissection, intracavitary thrombus, wall calcification and rupture. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT angiography combined with three-dimensional reconstruction is of great value in the evaluation of aortic dissecting aneurysm, the location and extent of aortic dissecting aneurysm, and is worthy of clinical application.
