胃壁静脉血管瘤一例

【摘要】：正病例资料患者,女,27岁,数天前无明显诱因出现上腹胀痛,呈阵发性,无其他消化系统及泌尿系统症状。查体:右中上腹可触及一包块,质韧,边界清,活动性差,无触痛。实验室检查:血常规、尿常规、AFP、CEA、HCG均正常。超声:右中上腹探及以囊性为主的混合性回声区,大小为9.2cm×4.6cm×9.4cm,边界清;CDFI示回声区周边及内部彩色血流信号。CT检查:平扫示右中上腹多房囊实性混杂密度影,最大者大小约6.8cm×8.6cm,CT值30~58HU,病灶内部
[Abstract]:The positive case data were female, 27 years old. There was no obvious cause of epigastric distension and pain, paroxysmal, and no other symptoms of digestive system and urinary system a few days ago. Body examination: the right middle upper abdomen can touch a package, tough, clear boundary, poor activity, no tenderness. Laboratory examination: blood routine, urine routine, AFP,CEA,HCG are normal. Ultrasound: the size of 9.2cm 脳 4.6cm 脳 9.4 cm was clear, and the color blood flow signals around and inside the echo area were shown.
