双能量非线性混合技术在提高冠状动脉CT血管成像质量中的应用

[目的]探讨非线性混合(non-linear blending,NLB)技术提高双能量冠状动脉CT血管成像图像质量的应用价值。[方法]收集56例图像质量主观评分≤3分的冠状动脉CT血管成像病例,获得各个病例100kV、140kV、线性融合(Linear blending,LB)图像数据,以非线性融合技术进行图像重建获得非线性融合图像数据。原始数据和重建图像分为4组:100kv组、140kv组、LB组及NLB组。感兴趣区(ROI)设置在冠状动脉的8个节段上:主动脉弓、右冠状动脉近段、右冠状动脉(Right Coronary Artery,RCA)远段、左冠状动脉主干(Left Main Coronary Artery,LM)、左前降支(Left Anterior Descending,LAD)近段、左前降支远段、回旋支(Circumflex Artery,CX)近段及回旋支远段。对各组个感兴趣区的CT值、噪声(SD)、信噪比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR)进行评价和比较。[结果]LB组(2.57±0.59)和NLB组(2.07±0.59)两组比较,主观图像质量评分具有显著差异。LB组和N...
