【摘要】： 本课题属于健康教育与健康促进的研究范畴。高原地区尤其是青藏高原地区海拔高,氧分压低,日照强,空气流动快,占国土面积大,边境线长,地理位置十分重要。如我国的西藏地区,自从解放西藏以来,广大高原军人就一代接一代地驻守在这片神奇的土地上,恶劣的地理气候特点也一直考验和困扰着他们。如何从卫生知识的了解、掌握和运用上来提高广大高原地区官兵的健康意识,增强高原环境的适应能力,预防高原急慢性疾病的发生,显得十分迫切而且非常必要。本课题主要针对高原地区的特殊地理气候特点,从健康教育最重要的两个环节内容和形式入手,探讨广大官兵生活、训练、工作和社会适应方面高原环境对健康的影响。旨在找到一条适合高原地区基层部队健康教育的有效途径,为广大高原地区部队官兵的健康服务,为大力提高高原地区部队的战斗力服务。本研究是根据《军队健康教育方案(试行)》,结合部队特点和开展健康教育的实际情况展开的。采用的方法主要有文献复习法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法及现场调研等。本研究主要对健康教育普及内容、卫生知识需求及获得知识喜好形式进行问卷设计,尤其是在《军队健康教育方案(试行)》要求下突出高原地区的健康教育针对性,为找到一条适合于高原地区健康教育的路子进行了基础性地探索。通过调研,得出以下结果:1、健康教育基础知识的教育起到了较好的效果。2、青春期心理及生理卫生知识需求愿望强而教育不够深入。3、与高原学习生活训练相关的卫生知识需求愿望强烈,而实际教育内容太浅显,方法简单,效果差。4、主要获得知识的途径是电视、报刊、录像、网络。根据这些结果采用优序图法,对高原地区基层部队健康教育的内容和形式进行主干内容的设计,从而完成对高原地区基层部队健康教育的内容和形式的构建,同时针对经后的高原地区健康教育提出四点建议:1、必须始终在《军队健康教育方案(试行)》的要求下进行;2、必须站在时代前沿遵循以人为本的精神;3、必须立足于高原基层部队实际需要;4、必须对高原地区健康教育评价体系作进一步改进和完善。
[Abstract]:This topic belongs to the research category of health education and health promotion. The plateau area, especially the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, has high altitude, low oxygen partial pressure, strong sunshine, fast air flow, large land area and long border line. Geographical location is very important. For example, since the liberation of Tibet, the vast number of plateau soldiers have been stationed on this magical land for generations. How to improve the health awareness of officers and soldiers and enhance the adaptability of plateau environment from the understanding, mastering and application of health knowledge. It is very urgent and very necessary to prevent the occurrence of acute and chronic diseases at high altitude. This subject mainly aims at the special geographical and climatic characteristics of the plateau area and starts with the two most important aspects and forms of health education. This paper discusses the influence of plateau environment on health in the aspects of life, training, work and social adaptation of officers and soldiers. The aim is to find an effective way for health education of basic units in highland areas. To serve the health of the army officers and men in the vast plateau area and to improve the combat effectiveness of the troops in the plateau area. This study is based on the "military Health Education Program (trial)", combined with the characteristics of the army and the actual situation of health education. The main methods adopted are literature review method and questionnaire method. The expert interview method and the spot investigation and so on. In this study, the contents of health education popularization, health knowledge needs and forms of knowledge preference were designed. In particular, under the requirements of the "military Health Education Program (trial)", the pertinence of health education in plateau areas has been highlighted, and a basic exploration has been carried out to find a path suitable for health education in highland areas. Get the following result: 1, the basic knowledge of health education education has played a better effect. 2. Adolescent psychological and physiological health knowledge needs strong desire, but education is not deep. 3. The demand for health knowledge related to plateau study life training is strong, but the actual education content is too simple, the method is simple, the effect is not good. 4. The main way to acquire knowledge is television, newspaper and video. According to these results, the main contents and forms of health education in basic units in plateau area were designed by using the method of superior sequence map. In order to complete the construction of the content and form of health education for the grass-roots troops in the plateau area, at the same time put forward four suggestions: 1 for the health education of the post-menopausal plateau area. It must always be carried out under the requirements of the military Health Education Program (trial); Second, we must stand at the forefront of the times and follow the people-oriented spirit; (3) it must be based on the actual needs of the basic units in the plateau; 4. The evaluation system of health education in plateau area must be further improved and perfected.
