眩晕眼震图像与血流量信号检测方法研究

【摘要】:中药在医治航天载人、航空飞行和航海训练等所产生的眩晕病具有独特的疗效,如对人中枢认知无毒副作用;增强体质和肌体抗运动病能力;保持肌体在复杂环境下正常操作功能等。随着抗运动病中药研究的加快,抗眩晕中药疗效的科学监测、分析和评价成为中药现代化亟待解决的关键问题之一。目前,中药疗效的评价大多是沿袭了西药的分析方法,以分析中药的化学成分为主。但是由于中药化学成分复杂性,各种成分相互影响、弥补,其通过多种途径、靶点发挥物质群的整体作用,化学成分分析很难准确的评价药效。 本文从事的研究是陕西省科技计划课题(抗运动病中药药效数字化评价新方法研究)的部分内容,研究成果将对探讨中药药效检测方法的现代化,以及航天、航空和航海中的眩晕病防治具有重要的理论意义和应用前景。 本文针对目前对大白鼠在眩晕状态下眼震和血流量进行检测的各种方法中存在的不足,提出了一种基于数字化的眼震和血流量无创伤检测的新方法;在研究血流量传感器的基础上,根据多普勒原理和课题研究的要求,设计了一种适用血流量检测的新型皮肤光纤血流量传感器,实现了对大白鼠耳部血流量信号的无创伤检测;根据实验血流量检测的特点和数据通信的需求,在比较各种无线通信的特点后,采用nRF2401无线收发芯片、单片机和计算机串口,实现了血流量信号从传感器到主控计算机的信号通信;分析了传统眼震检测方法和测量仪器的主要缺陷,采用CCD传感器采集大白鼠眼震的模拟图像信号,通过模拟图像信号无线传输模块和视频采集卡把图像信号传输到计算机,由计算机对图像信号进行分析和处理,实现了眼震图像的实时采集和分析;最后,研究了在室内环境下进行血流量和眼震动态检测的方法,选择VC++6.0为开发工具,研发了以RS-232接口通信、图像获取、眼震图像分析处理和数据分析显示等为主的系统软件。 实验结果表明,本文设计的数据采集和通信系统硬件部分工作稳定,体积小,具有较强的抗干扰能力;软件设计部分界面友好,操作方便,处理速度快,能够实现实时分析和处理。 本文研究内容是陕西省科技计划课题(2005K16-G7(4))和航空科学基金课题(04I53068)资助项目。
[Abstract]:Chinese medicine has a unique curative effect in treating vertigo caused by spaceflight manned flight and navigation training such as no toxic and side effects to human central cognition; Enhancing physique and the ability of body to resist motion sickness; With the rapid development of traditional Chinese medicine research on anti-motion sickness, scientific monitoring of the curative effect of anti-vertigo medicine was carried out. Analysis and evaluation has become one of the key problems to be solved in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. At present, the evaluation of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine is mostly based on the analysis method of western medicine. But because of the complexity of the chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine, various components influence each other, make up for it, through many ways, the target play the overall role of the group of substances. Analysis of chemical components is difficult to accurately evaluate the efficacy of the drug. The research in this paper is part of Shaanxi province science and technology project (research on new method of digital evaluation of Chinese herbal medicine efficacy of anti-sports disease). The research results will explore the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy detection method. And the prevention and cure of vertigo in aerospace, aviation and navigation have important theoretical significance and application prospect. In this paper, a new method based on digitization for the detection of nystagmus and blood flow without trauma in rats under vertigo was put forward in view of the shortcomings of various methods for the detection of nystagmus and blood flow under vertigo. Based on the research of blood flow sensor, according to the Doppler principle and research requirements, a new skin fiber blood flow sensor is designed for blood flow detection. The non-invasive detection of the blood flow signal in the ear of rats was realized. According to the characteristics of experimental blood flow detection and the demand of data communication, after comparing the characteristics of various wireless communications, nRF2401 wireless transceiver chip, single-chip microcomputer and computer serial port are adopted. The signal communication of blood flow signal from sensor to master computer is realized. The main defects of traditional nystagmus detection methods and measuring instruments were analyzed. The analog image signals of rat nystagmus were collected by CCD sensor. Through the wireless transmission module of analog image signal and the video acquisition card, the image signal is transmitted to the computer, the image signal is analyzed and processed by the computer, and the real-time acquisition and analysis of the nystagmus image is realized. Finally, the method of blood flow and nystagmus dynamic detection in indoor environment is studied. VC 6.0 is selected as the development tool, and the RS-232 interface communication and image acquisition are developed. Nystagmus image analysis processing and data analysis and display system software. The experimental results show that the hardware part of the data acquisition and communication system designed in this paper works stably, has small volume and has strong anti-interference ability. The interface of the software design is friendly, the operation is convenient, the processing speed is fast, and the real-time analysis and processing can be realized. The research contents of this paper are supported by Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Project (2005K16-G7) and Aeroscience Foundation Project (04I53068).
