武警部队官兵健康状况与健康需求分析

【摘要】： 本研究在系统回顾、文献复习的基础上,通过查阅文献、专家咨询等方法设计了健康需求调查表,并结合许军等人研制的自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)对吉林省武警部队官兵进行问卷调查,分析了武警部队官兵的健康状况,建立有关武警部队官兵生理、心理、社会等方面健康的本底资料,并对军事训练、军营生活、官兵心理、社会交往等因素与健康的关系进行了探索,同时对武警部队官兵心理健康、人际关系、社会适应等方面认知、需求的情况进行分析,为进一步做好武警部队官兵的健康监测与卫生保健,尤其是心理卫生,提供科学的决策依据。研究结果显示:武警部队官兵总体健康水平良好。其中生理健康、心理健康、社会健康三方面发展较均衡;不同来源的武警部队官兵总体健康状况有所差别,入伍时间和文化程度的不同对武警部队官兵的健康状况有一定的影响;通过调查发现武警部队官兵具有较强的保健意识,对自我保健有着强烈的需求。针对研究结果,提出如下建议:转变健康观念,加强健康监测;重视心理卫生,开展心理咨询;提高政治工作,促进思想交流;加强针对武警部队官兵的健康宣教;提高对于部队训练的科学管理;从而提高广大武警部队官兵的健康状况。
[Abstract]:On the basis of systematic review and literature review, this study designed a health needs questionnaire by consulting literature and consulting experts. Combined with the self-rated health assessment scale (SRHMS) developed by Xu Jun and others, the officers and soldiers of the armed police force in Jilin Province were investigated, the health status of the officers and soldiers of the armed police force was analyzed, and the physiology of the officers and soldiers of the armed police force was established. The background data of psychological and social health, and the relationship between military training, military camp life, officers' psychology, social interaction and other factors are explored, and the psychological health of armed police officers and soldiers is also discussed. In order to provide scientific decision basis for the health monitoring and health care of armed police officers and soldiers, especially mental health, the cognition and demand of interpersonal relationship, social adaptation and so on were analyzed. The results show that the general health level of the officers and soldiers of the Armed Police Force is good, in which the development of physical health, mental health and social health is more balanced; The general health status of the armed police officers and soldiers from different sources is different, and the time of enlistment and the level of education have certain influence on the health status of the officers and soldiers of the armed police force. Through the investigation, it is found that the officers and soldiers of the Armed Police Force have a strong sense of health care and a strong need for self-health care. According to the results of the study, the following suggestions are put forward: changing the concept of health and strengthening health monitoring; Attach importance to mental health and carry out psychological counseling; Improving political work and promoting the exchange of ideas; Strengthening health education for officers and soldiers of the Armed Police Force; To improve the scientific management of troop training; In order to improve the general armed police officers and men's health.
