飞行人员体重指数及腰围与血压、血脂、血糖关系的分析

【摘要】:目的:调查民航飞行人员体重指数(Body mass index,BMI)及腰围(Waistcir cumference,WC)与血压、血脂及血糖(Blood glucose,GLU)的关系。方法:采取整群抽样方法抽取861名民航飞行人员的体检资料,所有资料采用SPSS13.0软件进行方差分析,均方差估计采用LSD法。结果:本组民航飞行人员BMI正常者571名,占66.32%;超重者257名,占29.85%;肥胖者33名,占3.83%。WC正常者635名,占73.75%;中心性肥胖者226名,占26.25%。超重、肥胖及中心性肥胖均随着年龄增长而增长,超重及中心性肥胖者主要集中在30岁以上人群,肥胖者主要集中在50岁以上人群。血压水平、血脂及血糖均随BMI的增加而升高,差异具有显著性(P㩳0.01)。血压水平随WC的增加而升高,其对收缩压的影响大于舒张压,胆固醇及血糖与WC无明显相关性(P0.05)。结论:超重及中心性肥胖影响血压、血脂及血糖,对飞行人员中超重及中心性肥胖者均应采取积极有效的预防措施,以降低高血压、糖尿病以及血脂异常的发病危险。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (Waistcir Cumferencea) and blood glucose glucose (GLU) in civil aviation pilots. Methods: the physical examination data of 861 civil aviation pilots were collected by cluster sampling. All the data were analyzed by SPSS13.0 software, and the mean square error was estimated by LSD method. Results: 571 cases (66.32%) were normal in BMI, 257 cases (29.85%) were overweight, 33 cases (3.833 .WC) were obese, 635 cases were normal. Account for 73.75; there are 226 central obese people, accounting for 26.25.The overweight, obesity and central obesity all increase with the increase of age. The overweight and central obesity are mainly concentrated in the population over 30 years old, and the obese people are mainly concentrated in the people over 50 years old. Blood lipids and blood glucose increased with the increase of BMI, the difference was significant. The blood pressure level increased with the increase of WC, and its effect on systolic blood pressure was greater than that on diastolic blood pressure. There was no significant correlation between cholesterol and blood sugar and WC (P 0.05). Conclusion: overweight and central obesity affect blood pressure, blood lipid and blood sugar. In order to reduce the risk of hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia, active and effective preventive measures should be taken for overweight and central obesity in pilots.
