兔胸部枪伤瞬时及早期心功能的变化

【摘要】：目的　探讨家兔胸部枪伤瞬时及早期心功能变化及其机制 .方法　家兔 18只 ,随机平分为 3组 ,A:胸部穿透伤组 ,B:预扎肋间血管致伤组 ,C:人工气胸后致伤组 ,B,C为对照组 .各组分别用小口径步枪致伤 ,连续监测心率 ,动脉压 ,静脉压 ,左室内压 ,左室内压最大上升和下降速率 .结果　 A组枪伤瞬间血压即刻呈单波峰升高 ,达伤前的 ( 1.6± 0 .1)倍 ,而后迅速下降 ,1min后回升至伤前的 ( 0 .8± 0 .1)倍 ,然后又逐渐下降 .静脉压瞬时上升 ( 10 .9± 1.6 )倍 ,并随即下降 ,心率瞬时下降而后很快恢复 ,左室内压及左室内压最大上升和下降速率在致伤瞬
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes and mechanism of cardiac function in the instantaneous and early stage of chest gunshot wound in rabbits. They were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A: group B: group B: preligation of intercostal vascular injury group: group C: group C caused by artificial pneumothorax as control group, each group was treated with small caliber rifle, heart rate, arterial pressure and venous pressure were continuously monitored. Results the blood pressure of group A was increased by a single wave at the moment of gunshot injury, and reached (1.6 卤0.1) times of that before the injury. The venous pressure increased by (10. 9 卤1. 6) times, and then decreased, and the heart rate decreased quickly, and the heart rate decreased quickly after 1 min of rapid decrease, and then gradually decreased, and the venous pressure increased (10. 9 卤1. 6) times.
