乳胶T管紧急修复股动脉缺损1例效果观察

【摘要】：正不论在平时还是战时血管损伤发生率均较高,其中四肢多见,上肢、下肢分别占34%和57%,动脉损伤多于静脉损伤~([1])。在西非佛得角,由于贫困落后等社会因素,刀枪伤频发,血管缺损发生率更高,但因缺少人工血管等材料,通常当地医师选择结扎手术方式,援外医师采取自体静脉进行修补。2016年9月15日,中国驻佛得角医疗队16分队外科医师收治一枪伤伴股动脉缺损约5 cm伤者,因伤者大量失血合并严重休克,不支持自体静脉吻合,于是探索性地使用乳
[Abstract]:The incidence of vascular injury was higher in both peacetime and wartime, with limbs, upper limbs and lower limbs accounting for 34% and 57, respectively, and arterial injuries were more than venous injuries. In West Africa Cape Verde, because of social factors such as poverty and backwardness, knife and gun injuries occurred frequently. The incidence of vascular defects is higher, but due to a lack of materials such as artificial blood vessels, local doctors usually choose ligation procedures, and foreign aid doctors take autogenous veins to repair. September 15th 2016, Chinese medical team in Cape Verde treated a gunshot wound with a femoral artery defect of about 5 cm by a group of 16 surgeons. Due to massive bleeding and severe shock, the patient did not support autologous venous anastomosis, so he used breast tentatively.
