部队健康教育音像作品创作发展方向及模式构思

【摘要】：目的 :探讨如何在最短的时间内 ,用最少的人、财、物 ,创作部队急需的健康教育系列讲座音像作品 ,下发部队使用 ,以推动全军系统化健康教育平衡、快速向前发展。方法 :根据近年来部队创作的健康教育音像作品实际情况及通过部队健康教育的需求调查 ,并结合以往工作经验 ,对部队健康教育系列讲座音像作品的创作发展方向及模式构思进行探讨。结果 :通过分析 ,提出了健康教育系列讲座音像作品要走院校、部队结合 ,“中心”(全军健康教育中心 )协调发展的路子 ,并应有计划、有步骤地分系统创作出讲座音像作品。结论 :按系统创作部队急需的健康教育系列讲座音像作品 ,才能较合理的、全方位的满足全军开展健康教育工作的需要 ,才能使健康教育音像作品在部队健康教育工作中发挥更大的作用 ,创造出良好的军事效益
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore how to use the least amount of people, money and materials in the shortest time to create audio-visual works of a series of lectures on health education urgently needed by the armed forces, and to use them in order to promote the balance of systematic health education in the whole army. Methods: according to the actual situation of the audio-visual works of health education created by the army in recent years and the needs of health education in the army, and combining with the past work experience, This paper probes into the direction and mode of the creation and development of the audio-visual works of the series of lectures on health education in the army. Results: through the analysis, the author puts forward that the audio-visual works of the series of lectures on health education should go to colleges and universities. The "center" (the health education center of the whole army) should coordinate the development of the armed forces and should have a plan. Conclusion: only by systematically creating the audio and video works of the series of health education lectures urgently needed by the army, can we reasonably and omni-directionally meet the needs of the whole army in carrying out the work of health education. In order to make the audio-visual works of health education play a greater role in the work of health education in the army, and create good military benefits.
