【摘要】：目的分析Eales病在中国健康男性青年人中的发病情况。方法以2003年北京地区应征入伍时眼科体检的新兵为研究对象,在散瞳状态下,用双目间接眼底镜对入伍新兵周边部视网膜进行筛查,然后对可疑病例利用辅助检查进一步确诊。结果在调查的3288名新兵中,疑似Eales病例41例,筛检阳性率为1.3%±0.2%,其中确诊病例26例,患病率为0.8%±0.02%。结论易感人群流行病学调查在Eales病的预防、治疗及发病机制的研究方面均有不容忽视的指导作用;血管旁白鞘和血管壁荧光素着染可视为Eales病早期确诊的必要条件。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the prevalence of Eales's disease in healthy young men in China. The peripheral retina of the recruits was screened by binocular indirect fundus microscopy, and the suspected cases were further confirmed by auxiliary examination. Results among the 3288 recruits investigated, 41 were suspected to have Eales. The positive rate of screening was 1.3% 卤0.2, of which 26 cases were confirmed and the prevalence rate was 0.8% 卤0.02. Conclusion Epidemiological investigation of susceptible population can guide the prevention, treatment and pathogenesis of Eales disease. Fluorescein staining in vascular bypass sheath and vascular wall can be regarded as a necessary condition for early diagnosis of Eales's disease.
