某部渡海登陆演习卫生防疫保障的做法和体会

【摘要】：目的 :探讨渡海登陆训练和演习过程中卫生防疫保障的特点 ,更好地保障参演官兵的身体健康和训演任务的完成。方法 :采取全程随行保障方式 ,边保障、边探索、边总结。结果 :在天气炎热、卫生状况差和疫情复杂的情况下 ,万余名官兵在长达 10 0多d演习期间未发生传染病疫情和食物中毒 ,昼夜发病率控制在 1.5‰以内 ,有力地保障了部队训演任务的完成。主要做法和体会是 :(1)进行训前准备 ,夯实防病基础 ;(2 )组织卫生普查 ,完善生活设施 ;(3)开展健康教育 ,增强防护意识 ;(4)加强监督指导 ,落实防疫措施 ;(5 )开展新课题研讨 ,提高保障能力。结论 :从实践中总结出来的经验 ,对部队渡海登陆训练的卫勤保障具有一定的参考价值
