模拟失重大鼠动脉血管紧张素受体基因表达的研究

【摘要】:目的探讨模拟失重下大鼠不同部位动脉血管紧张素受体mRNA表达是否发生变化。方法大鼠被随机分为模拟失重组 (SUS)与同步对照组 (CON) ,采用尾部悬吊大鼠模型模拟失重影响。用逆转录 -聚合酶链式反应 (RT PCR)技术观察比较模拟失重下大鼠不同部位动脉血管紧张素两型受体基因表达的变化。结果大鼠颈总动脉 ,腹主动脉及股动脉组织均有血管紧张素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )的AT1a,AT1b及AT2 受体mRNA的表达 ;而基底动脉组织则只有AT1a和AT1bmRNA的表达。模拟失重 4周大鼠颈总动脉、腹主动脉、股动脉及基底动脉组织AngⅡ的AT1a、AT1b和AT2 受体mRNA的表达 ,较对照大鼠均无显著变化。结论模拟失重引起大鼠动脉血管结构与功能的变化可能不是通过血管紧张素受体的变化实现的
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of angiotensin receptor (mRNA) expression in different arteries of rats under simulated weightlessness. The effects of weightlessness were simulated by tail suspension in rats. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) technique was used to observe and compare the expression of angiotensin 2 receptor gene in different parts of artery of rats under simulated weightlessness. Fruit rat common carotid artery, In abdominal aorta and femoral artery, AT1aT1b and AT2 receptor mRNA were expressed in both aortic and femoral arteries, but only AT1a and AT1bmRNA were detected in basilar artery. The common carotid artery, abdominal aorta, abdominal aorta, common carotid artery and abdominal aorta in rats with simulated weightlessness for 4 weeks.
