潜艇密闭环境下军人皮肤表面微生物分布特征研究

【摘要】:目的研究潜艇密闭环境下军人皮肤表面微生物分布特征和变化特点,为潜艇艇员针对性卫勤保障提供依据。方法利用样本采集拭子采集潜艇艇员皮肤表面标本122份,进行细菌培养,分纯后通过基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱仪(MALDI-TOF-MS)鉴定。结果共分离细菌52种229株,真菌2种2株,主要优势条件致病菌为鲍氏不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和阴沟肠杆菌,优势栖居菌为滕黄微球菌、奥斯陆莫拉菌、乌尔新不动杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌和黏质沙雷菌。任务中后期与任务前期相比,优势条件致病菌和栖居菌均明显增多。结论获得了潜艇密闭环境下军人皮肤表面微生物菌谱,平战时需进行针对性药品配备并采取战创伤救治措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the distribution and change characteristics of microbes on the skin surface of military personnel in the closed environment of submarine, and to provide the basis for the targeted medical support of submarine crew.Methods 122 samples of skin surface of submarine crew were collected from samples and cultured, and identified by matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometer (MALDI-TOF-MS).Results A total of 229 strains of 52 species and 2 species of fungi were isolated. The main pathogenic bacteria were Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobacter cloacae.Staphylococcus epidermidis and M. Shareh.In the middle and late stage of the task, the number of pathogenic bacteria and resident bacteria increased significantly.Conclusion the microbiological spectrum of the skin surface of military personnel in the closed environment of submarine was obtained. The targeted drugs should be equipped and the treatment measures of war trauma should be taken.
