开展创建海军级卫生单位活动的做法与体会

【摘要】：目的 :积极开展创建海军级卫生单位活动 ,旨在全面提高部队生活、环境卫生质量 ,增强官兵卫生素质和自我保健能力。方法 :结合部队实际 ,按照《“九五”期间全军除害灭病规划》和《关于开展创建等级卫生单位活动的通知》精神 ,在实践中认真抓好部队全面卫生建设。结果 :通过“创建”活动 ,官兵生活环境质量、卫生知识和健康教育水平明显提高 ,常见传染病年发病率、昼夜发病率分别下降了 2 8%和 2 2 % ,鼠密度由原来的 16.9%下降到 0 .86%。其主要经验是 :以争创海军级卫生单位为目标 ,着重抓好如下几点 :( 1)在转变观念和形成合力上求落实 ;( 2 )在治理环境和配套建设上求突破 ;( 3)在规范管理和提高素质上求发展。结论 :实践中总结出的基本经验得到考评专家和上级领导的充分肯定。对“创建”活动有一定的指导作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to develop the activities of establishing naval health units in order to improve the quality of military life and environmental hygiene, and to enhance the health quality and self-care ability of officers and soldiers.Methods: in accordance with the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" and the "notice on establishing the activity of the level Health Unit", we should do a good job in the construction of the army's overall health in practice.Results: the quality of living environment, health knowledge and health education level of officers and soldiers were improved obviously through "creating" activities. The annual incidence of common infectious diseases and the incidence rate of day and night decreased by 28% and 22%, respectively.The density of rats decreased from 16.9% to 0.86%.Its main lesson is: the goal is to create a naval health unit.Focus on the following points: (1) strive for implementation in changing concepts and forming resultant forces; (2) strive for breakthroughs in managing the environment and supporting construction; (3) seek development in standardizing management and improving quality.Conclusion: the basic experience summarized in practice is fully affirmed by appraisal experts and superior leaders.It has a certain guiding function to the "create" activity.
