某部开展创建文明卫生军营活动的做法

【摘要】：目的提高部队营区生活、环境质量,增强官兵文明卫生素养,全面推进部队整体健康水平。方法依据《“十五”期间全军爱国卫生工作规划》和全军爱卫会《关于开展创建“文明卫生军营”活动的通知》、《创建“文明卫生军营”实施办法和考评标准》进行分析总结。结果总结出4点做法:(1)加强领导,深化认识,树立新观念;(2)部门协同,科学安排,探索新模式;(3)因地制宜,分类指导,合力抓建设;(4)明确目标,落实责任,全面上台阶。结论工作实践中总结的做法对部队开展创建“文明卫生军营”活动有一定指导作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the living and environmental quality of military barracks, enhance the civilized and hygienic literacy of officers and men, and promote the overall health level of the troops.Methods according to the Plan of Patriotic Health work of the whole Army during the Tenth Five-Year Plan, the notice of establishing the "civilized Health barracks" and the "implementing measures and Evaluation Standards for the Establishment of the civilized Health barracks" of the Association of Patriotic and Medical Protection of the whole Army, the results were analyzed and summarized.The results showed that 4 points of practice: 1) strengthen leadership, deepen understanding, establish new concept, coordinate with other departments, arrange scientifically, explore new mode to take measures according to local conditions, classify guidance, make joint efforts to grasp the construction of 4) clear goals, carry out responsibility, and advance to the next level in an all-round way.Conclusion the practice summarized in the work practice has a certain guiding effect on the establishment of "civilized health barracks" in the army.
