血凝酶对腹部开放伤合并海水浸泡后出血的治疗作用

【摘要】:目的探讨动物犬腹部开放伤合并海水浸泡后高渗及低温对机体出凝血系统的影响及血凝酶的治疗效果。方法24只动物犬致腹部开放伤后随机分为3组(每组8只):对照组经过海水浸泡;普通治疗组经海水浸泡后打捞出水,给予一般的急救处理;血凝酶组经海水浸泡后打捞出水,给予一般的急救处理,同时静脉滴注血凝酶1 kU。检测项目:凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(KPTT)、D-二聚体、凝血因子Ⅱ、组织血浆纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活物灭活物(PAI-1)等。结果3组间PT差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05)。血凝醇组比对照组KPTT减少,D-二聚体和凝血因子Ⅱ增加,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。血凝酶组的t-PA明显高于对照组和普通治疗组(均P0.05)。结论海水浸泡后可引起机体凝血激活和微小血栓形成。血凝酶是一种安全、有效的止血药物,对军事医学尤其是战伤救护具有重要价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of hyperosmotic and hypothermia on coagulation system after abdominal open injury and seawater immersion in dogs and the therapeutic effect of hemagglutinin.Methods Twenty-four dogs were randomly divided into three groups (8 rats in each group: the control group was soaked in seawater; the general treatment group was treated with general first aid after seawater immersion; the hemagglutinin group was treated with seawater immersion;General first aid treatment and intravenous infusion of thromboplastin 1 KU.The test items included prothrombin time (PTT), partial thromboplastin time (KPTT) D- dimer, coagulation factor 鈪,
