营养素中药合剂抗军事疲劳作用研究

【摘要】:目的 :观察营养素中药合剂对部队军事训练时的抗疲劳作用 ,为研制一种抗军事疲劳营养补充剂提供科学依据。方法 :2 4 0名志愿者随机分成营养素中药合剂组、营养素对照组和安慰剂组。各组按双盲法每人服用相应的制剂 30mL ,每日 2次 ,连续 5d ,试验前后按CJB 1337- 92的规定 ,检测PW170 、VO2max、立定跳远和投弹等指标 ,并填写疲劳调查表。结果 :营养素中药合剂组受试者试验前PWC170 、VO2max、立定跳远和投弹距离分别为 (10 30± 2 0 5 )W、(46 .73± 2 .5 8)mL·min 1、(2 .13± 0 .17)m和 (32 .94± 3.2 5 )m ,试验后分别为 (1187± 16 8)W、(47.5 4± 2 .6 8)mL·min 1、(2 .36± 0 .12 )m和 (36 .14± 4 .37)m ,说明这些指标得到明显改善 (P 0 .0 5或P 0 .0 1) ;疲劳指数试验后为 2 7.75± 18.4 8,显著低于试验前的 4 1.4 3± 2 6 .13(P 0 .0 1)。结论 :营养素中药合剂可在一定程度上缓解军事训练所致的疲劳
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the anti-fatigue effect of traditional Chinese medicine mixture (TCM) on military training and to provide scientific basis for the development of an anti-military fatigue nutritional supplement. Methods Twenty four volunteers were randomly divided into three groups: the Chinese medicine mixture group, the nutrient control group and the placebo group. According to the double blind method, each group took the corresponding preparation 30mL twice a day for 5 days. According to the regulation of CJB 1337-92 before and after the test, the indexes of PW170 VO _ 2max, standing long jump and dropping bombs were detected, and the fatigue questionnaire was filled in. Results: before the experiment, the PWC170 VO _ 2max, the standing long jump and the distance of dropping bombs were 10 30 卤20 5 8)mL min 2. 13 卤0. 17 m and 32. 94 卤3 25 m respectively in the Chinese herbal medicine mixture group. The distance of standing long jump and bomb dropping were 46. 73 卤2. 5 8)mL min 1 and 32. 94 卤3. 25 nm, respectively. After the test, 47.54 卤2.60 8)mL min 1 min 2. 36 卤0. 12 mm and 36. 14 卤4. 37 m, respectively, which indicated that these indexes were significantly improved (P 0. 0 5 or P 0. 01). The fatigue index after the test was 27.75 卤18.48, which was significantly lower than that before the test (41.43 卤2.6 .13) (P < 0.01). Conclusion: traditional Chinese medicine mixture of nutrition can relieve fatigue caused by military training to some extent.
