【摘要】：目的 :了解应急作战部队官兵的肌肉暴发力情况 ,为制定合理的训练方法提供科学依据。方法 :对驻西北某应急作战部队 60 2名新、老战士 10 0m跑、原地投弹和立定跳远进行测试和比较的同时 ,并与全军和全区非应急作战部队以往研究资料进行比较。结果 :应急作战部队老兵 10 0m跑 ( 14.10± 0 .80s)、原地投弹 ( 38.99± 5.80m)和立定跳远 ( 2 .2 9± 0 .16m)成绩不但明显高于非应急作战部队 ,而且明显高于应急作战部队新兵 (P 0 .0 1) ;应急作战部队新兵除立定跳远 ( 2 .17± 0 .16m)外 ,10 0m跑 ( 15.0 3± 0 .97s)和原地投弹 ( 34 .4 7± 5.0 3m)成绩明显比以往非应急作战部队差 (P 0 .0 1)。结论 :经一定时间的系统训练 ,应急作战部队士兵的肌肉暴发力明显优于非应急作战部队
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the muscle outbreak in emergency combat troops and provide scientific basis for establishing reasonable training methods. Methods: a total of 602 new and old soldiers in an emergency combat unit in Northwest China were tested and compared with the former research data of the whole army and the non-emergency combat troops in the whole area while they were running 100 m, dropping bombs in situ and standing long jump. Results: the scores of 100 m running (14.10 卤0. 80 s), in situ bombing (38. 99 卤5. 80 m) and standing long jump (2. 29 卤0. 16 m) in emergency combat troops were significantly higher than those in non-emergency combat troops. And it was significantly higher than that of recruits in emergency combat troops (P 0. 01). In addition to standing long jump (2.17 卤0.16 m), the results of 100 m run (15.03 卤0.97 s) and in situ bombing (34.47 卤5.03 m) of emergency combat troops were significantly lower than those of non-emergency combat troops (P 0.01). Conclusion: after a certain period of systematic training, the muscle burst strength of the soldiers of the emergency combat troops is obviously superior to that of the non-emergency combat troops.
