驻湖南湖北部队血吸虫病预防现状调查

【摘要】：目的 :了解某部队驻地 1998年抗洪前后血吸虫病防治现状 ,为制定“十·五”血吸虫病防治规划提供依据。方法 :采用现场检查钉螺及收集资料和血清流行病学调查方法 ,对 1998年洪灾后湖南、湖北部队血吸虫病疫区现状及防治措施和官兵感染情况进行了综合调查。结果 :洪灾后“两湖”部队现有钉螺面积增大 ,钉螺密度增加 ,同时血吸虫病防治措施得到加强 ,官兵中未发现新感染情况。结论 :“两湖”部队洪灾后的血吸虫病防治任务尚十分艰巨 ,由于措施得力 ,血吸虫病防治形势良好 ,为“十·五”血吸虫病防治工作打下了较好的基础
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the current situation of schistosomiasis control before and after flood control in a military station in 1998, and to provide the basis for making the tenth five year plan for schistosomiasis control. Methods: the present situation of schistosomiasis epidemic areas in Hunan and Hubei troops in 1998 and the prevention and control measures as well as the infection of officers and soldiers were investigated comprehensively by means of on-site inspection, data collection and seroepidemiological investigation. Results: after flood, the area and density of Oncomelania hupensis were increased, the control measures of schistosomiasis were strengthened, and no new infection was found in officers and soldiers. Conclusion: the task of prevention and control of schistosomiasis in the army of "two lakes" after flood is still very arduous. Because of the effective measures, the situation of schistosomiasis control is good, which lays a good foundation for the prevention and control of schistosomiasis in the Tenth Five-Year Plan.
