军人述情障碍量表的研制

【摘要】: 目的:编制军人述情障碍量表(MAS)并对其进行信、效度检验。 方法:通过文献分析探讨阐述情障碍的概念,结合问卷调查法和个案访谈法,了解军人述情障碍的具体表现,构建军人述情障碍量表的结构模型。结合理论模型、问卷调查及访谈结果,参考现有述情障碍量表,编制条目,形成条目池。小样本预测试,小组讨论修改,结合专家评估,形成军人述情障碍量表初稿,初量表设5个维度(情感表达障碍、情感体验缺失、躯体化倾向、外向性思维和情感应对),共40个条目。随机整群抽取901名军人进行测试,按取样单位分为两个样本,分别进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析;抽取其中63名被试,同时施测艾森克人格问卷(成人版)(EPQ)、多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20)、中国军人心理健康量表(CMMHS),并于2周后对其中47名被试进行本量表的重测,检验量表的信度和效度。 结果:经探索性因素分析修正获得含有25个正式条目,由五个因子构成,分别命名为:情感表达障碍、情感体验缺失、躯体化倾向、外向性思维和情感应对,另加一个含有5个条目的掩饰分量表,正式量表含有30个条目。探索性因素分析结果显示,由25个条目构成的5因子模型累计方差贡献率达56.087%,数据分析的理论结构与假设基本一致。验证性因素分析模型拟合优度指数显示:CMIN=465.515,DF=265,P=0.000,CMIN/DF=1.757,GFI=0.934,AGFI=0.920,IFI=0.936,TLI=0.927,CFI=0.935,RMSEA(90%置信区间)=0.038(0.032-0.044),数据拟合指标基本符合标准,其结构的稳定性和跨样本的一致性较好。总量表CRONBACH'S A系数为0.883,各因子的CRONBACH'S A系数为0.648~0.752,P均0.01;总量表的分半系数为0.810,各因子的分半系数为0.642-0.725,P均0.01;总量表重测相关系数为0.791,各因子的重测相关系数为0.507-0.717,P均0.01。MAS各个因子之间及各因子与总量表存在显著相关,相关系数为0.479-0.845(P0.01)。MAS总分及各因子与TAS-20总分及多个因子间存在显著正相关,相关系数为0.252-0.787(P0.05或0.01);与EPQ总分及P、E、N维度呈显著性相关,相关系数为0.261-0.712(P0.05或0.01);与CMMHS绝大多数因子均呈显著正相关,相关系数为0.255-0.708(P0.05或0.01)。 结论:本研究初步完成了军人述情障碍量表的编制工作,研究表明,军人述情障碍量表的理论构想与最终结果具有较高的一致性,量表结构合理。量表的信度、效度符合心理测量学要求,可运用于军事心理学相关方面的研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to develop the scale of alexithymia and to test its reliability and validity. Methods: through literature analysis, the concept of emotional disorder was discussed, and the specific manifestation of alexithymia was understood by questionnaire and case interview, and the structure model of military alexithymia scale was constructed. Based on the theoretical model, questionnaire and interview results, the current alexithymia scale is used to compile the items and form the item pool. Small sample prediction test, group discussion and revision, combined with expert evaluation, formed the first draft of the military alexithymia scale, which was divided into five dimensions (emotional expression disorder, lack of emotional experience, somatization tendency). Extroverted thinking and emotional coping, a total of 40 entries. A total of 901 military personnel were randomly selected and divided into two samples according to the sampling units, which were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis respectively, and 63 of them were selected. At the same time, Eysenck Personality questionnaire (adult version), Toronto alexithymia scale (TAS-20) and Chinese military mental health scale (CMMHSA) were used to test the reliability and validity of Eysenck Personality questionnaire (Eysenck Personality questionnaire). After 2 weeks, 47 subjects were re-tested to test the reliability and validity of the scale. Results: after exploratory factor analysis, 25 formal items were obtained, which were composed of five factors: emotional expression disorder, lack of emotional experience, somatization tendency, extroverted thinking and affective coping. The formal scale contains 30 items, plus a cover-up list of 5 items. The result of exploratory factor analysis shows that the cumulative variance contribution rate of the five-factor model consisting of 25 items is 56.087, and the theoretical structure of the data analysis is basically consistent with the hypothesis. The good fitting index of confirmatory factor analysis model shows that the coefficient of goodness of fit of the model is: CMINN 465.515 DFN 265U P0.000 / CMINP / DFN 1.757N GFI0. 934N AGFI0.920GGFI 0.936TLI0.927TLI 0.935RMSEA90% confidence interval 0.0385RMSEA90% confidence interval 0.03835REA90% confidence interval 0.038380.032-0.0440.The data fitting index basically conforms to the standard, and its structure stability and consistency across samples are better. The CRONBACH'S A coefficient of total quantity table is 0.883, the CRONBACH'S A coefficient of each factor is 0.648 ~ 0.752P, the split-half coefficient of total quantity table is 0.810, the split-half coefficient of each factor is 0.642-0.725p, the coefficient of re-test correlation of total quantity table is 0.791and the retest correlation coefficient of each factor is 0.507-0.717hp all 0.01.MAS. There was a significant correlation between the factors and the total amount table. The correlation coefficient was significant positive correlation between the total score of 0.479-0.845(P0.01).MAS and each factor and the total score of TAS-20 and multiple factors, the correlation coefficient was 0.252-0.787(P0.05 or 0.01g, the correlation coefficient was significantly correlated with the total score of EPQ and the N dimension of EPQ, the correlation coefficient was 0.261-0.712(P0.05 or 0.01g, and there was a significant positive correlation with most of the factors of CMMHS. The correlation coefficient was 0.255-0.708(P0.05 or 0.01g. Conclusion: this study has preliminarily completed the development of the military alexithymia scale. The research shows that the theoretical conception and the final result of the military alexithymia scale are in good agreement with the final results and the structure of the scale is reasonable. The reliability and validity of the scale meet the requirements of psychometrics and can be applied to the research of military psychology.
