武警部队医院优势学科综合评价模型的建立研究

【摘要】： 武警部队医院优势学科综合评价指对参加评选的学科领域内人-事-物系统,即人才建设、医疗工作、科学研究、学术社会活动等及所要达到的目的、价值和效果、效率进行综合评价的过程。优势学科在现阶段部队医院建设中具有重要的地位和作用,建立一套系统、科学、符合部队医院学科发展特点和规律的优势学科评价体系,完善学科的长效考评机制,是实现医院管理制度化、标准化和规范化的有效途径。本研究以综合评价理论为指导,充分参考国内外关于医院学科建设和评价的经验,结合武警部队医院学科工作的实际情况,运用文献研究、自由列举访谈、SWOT分析等方法明确评价体系的目的,建立指标体系的框架。然后经过两轮德尔菲专家咨询,筛选、修改评价指标,估算、调整指标权重,并通过实例应用后的信度和效度检验最终确立了武警部队医院优势学科综合评价指标体系,并探讨了部队医院优势学科的概念与内涵。最后,运用模糊数学的方法拟合综合评价的一般模型,应用该模型对武警总医院心内科进行了综合评价。在此基础上,将评价研究与信息技术相结合,在计算机公司的技术支持下完成“武警部队医院学科综合评价模型”的软件开发。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive evaluation of the superiority discipline in the hospital of the Armed Police Force refers to the objective, value and effect to be achieved in the field of human-matter-material system, that is, the construction of talents, medical work, scientific research, academic and social activities, and so on. The process of comprehensive evaluation of efficiency. The advantage discipline plays an important role in the construction of military hospital at the present stage. Establish a set of system, science, accord with the characteristic and law of the development of the military hospital discipline, perfect the long-term effective evaluation mechanism of the discipline, set up a set of system, scientific, accord with the characteristic and law of the discipline development of the army hospital. It is an effective way to realize the institutionalization, standardization and standardization of hospital management. Under the guidance of comprehensive evaluation theory, this study makes full reference to the experience of hospital discipline construction and evaluation at home and abroad, and combines with the actual situation of hospital discipline work in armed police force, and applies literature research. Free enumeration interviews SWOT analysis and other methods to determine the purpose of the evaluation system and establish the framework of the index system. Then after two rounds of Delphi expert consultation, screening, modifying the evaluation index, estimating and adjusting the index weight, and through the reliability and validity test after the application of an example, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the superiority discipline in the hospital of the Armed Police Force is finally established. And discussed the concept and connotation of military hospital advantage discipline. Finally, the fuzzy mathematics method is used to fit the general model of comprehensive evaluation, and the comprehensive evaluation of cardiology in the General Hospital of Armed Police is carried out. On this basis, the evaluation research and information technology are combined to complete the software development of the Comprehensive Evaluation Model of Armed Police Force Hospital under the technical support of computer company.
