海水浸泡开放性犬颅脑爆震伤影像学变化及机制实验研究

【摘要】: 目的:研究海战条件下开放性颅脑爆震伤动物模型颅脑影像学的变化特点。 方法:以狗颅中线向左(右)1cm,眶上缘向上1cm交界处为爆炸中心位置。将15只犬根据爆炸距离(爆炸源最低点距爆炸点的距离)分为3组,分别为3mm组、3.5mm组、4mm组。比较各个组的爆炸效果,选出最适的爆炸距离为3.5mm。再将20只犬随机分为对照组(非海水浸泡),实验组(海水浸泡)。以爆炸距离3.5mm致伤后,实验组犬受伤脑组织浸泡于海水环境中,比较两组犬致伤3h、5h、8h后颅脑CT的动态变化。 结果:经颅脑动态CT观察,实验组犬8小时内脑水肿出现时间晚于对照组,同时脑水肿程度明显轻于对照组。 结论:海水浸泡在8小时内可以明显延缓脑水肿出现。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the imaging characteristics of open craniocerebral explosive injury animal model under naval combat. Methods: the left (right) line of the dog's cranial midline (1 cm) and the upper orbital border (1cm) were taken as the center of the explosion. The 15 dogs were divided into three groups according to the explosion distance (the distance from the lowest point of explosion source to the explosion point). The dogs were divided into three groups: 3mm group (3.5mm) and group (4mm). The optimum explosion distance was 3.5 mm. compared with each group. Twenty dogs were randomly divided into control group (non-seawater immersion group) and experimental group (seawater immersion group). The injured brain tissue of the experimental group was immersed in seawater environment after 3.5mm injury. The dynamic changes of brain CT were compared between the two groups after 3 hours and 5 hours of injury. Results: the dynamic brain CT was observed by dynamic CT. The time of cerebral edema in the experimental group was later than that in the control group within 8 hours, and the degree of brain edema in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group. Conclusion: the presence of brain edema can be significantly delayed by seawater immersion within 8 hours.
