中药复方对卧床模拟失重骨代谢的影响

【摘要】:目的研究中药复方对卧床模拟失重骨超声速率及骨代谢的影响。方法健康男性 1 6人、- 6°头低位卧床 3周模拟失重 ,观察中药复方对人体胫骨超声速率 (speedofsound ,SOS)、血钙 (Ca)、血磷 (P)、血清碱性磷酸酶同工酶 (ALP)、生长激素 (GH)、甲状旁腺激素 (PTH)、骨钙素 (BGP)、肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)等指标的作用。结果与卧床前比较 ,卧床第 7、1 4、2 1天及起床后第 6天胫骨超声速率 (SOS)均显著降低 ,P 0 .0 1或P 0 .0 5 ,中药组比对照组胫骨超声速率增高 ,但无显著差异 ;中药组卧床第1 8天及起床后第 5天血磷均显著升高 ;中药组卧床第 1 8天血清碱性磷酸酶同功酶升高 ,与对照组相比差异显著 ,P 0 .0 1 ;中药组骨钙素呈先升后降的趋势 ,即卧床第 1 8天时骨钙素较卧床前升高 ,起床后第 5天骨钙素较卧床第 1 8天降低 ,经统计学处理有显著差异 ,P 0 .0 1或P 0 .0 5 ;中药组卧床第 1 8天甲状旁腺激素显著降低 ,与卧床前比较 ,P 0 .0 5 ;肾上腺皮质激素两组的变化趋势相同 ,在起床后第5天显著增高 ,与卧床前及卧床第 1 8天比较差异显著 ,P 0 .0 1或P 0 .0 5。结论中药方可从整体上对抗骨丢失 ,促进骨的正常代谢活动 ,对模拟失重骨丢失有保护作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on ultrasonic velocity and bone metabolism of simulated weightlessness in bed. Methods 16 healthy men were left in bed with 6 掳head position for 3 weeks simulated weightlessness. To observe the effects of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on the indexes of tibia ultrasonic rate speedofsound SOS, serum calcium, serum phosphatase, serum alkaline phosphatase isoenzyme (ALP), growth hormone (GH), parathyroid hormone (PTH), osteocalcin (BGP), adrenal cortical hormone (ACTH), and so on. Results compared with those before bed rest, the ultrasound rate of tibia on day 7 and day 6 after bed rest decreased significantly (P 0. 01 or P 0. 05). The ultrasound rate of tibia in the Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the Chinese medicine group and the control group. Serum phosphorus in the Chinese medicine group increased significantly on the 18th day after bed rest and on the fifth day after getting up, and the serum alkaline phosphatase isoenzyme increased on the 18th day after bed rest in the traditional Chinese medicine group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.01). In the Chinese medicine group, the osteocalcin increased at the 18th day after bed rest, and decreased on the fifth day after getting up, and then decreased on the fifth day after getting up. After statistical analysis, there were significant differences in P 0. 01 or P 0. 05; parathyroid hormone in the Chinese medicine group decreased significantly on the 18th day after bed rest, compared with that before bed rest; the change trend of adrenocortical hormone in the two groups was the same. On the 5th day after getting up, the difference was significant (P 0. 01 or P 0. 05) as compared with that before bed rest and 18 days after bed rest. Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine can prevent bone loss, promote normal metabolism of bone, and protect simulated weightlessness bone loss.
