5种藏成药对进藏新兵某些呼吸生理指标的影响

【摘要】:目的从富含抗缺氧药物成分的藏成药中寻找能增强官兵快速习服高原缺氧环境能力的药物。方法观察洛布桑、诺迪康、藏王宝、红景天、地奥心血康 5种藏药对某部 1 72名新兵进藏前后的肺活量、呼出气体O2 和CO2 浓度的变化。结果进藏后各组新兵肺活量值和呼出气体O2 浓度均比进藏前下降非常显著 (P 0 .0 1 ) ,而呼出气体CO2 浓度则比进藏前升高非常显著(P 0 .0 1 )。进藏前后的肺活量差值以洛布桑组最小 (1 72 .3± 2 35 .0 ) ,其次是诺迪康组 (1 84 .5±1 5 8.7)和藏王宝组 (1 97.5± 2 0 4 .2 ) ;呼出气体O2 浓度差值以洛布桑组最大 (1 .9± 1 .0 ) ,并与对照组 (1 .3± 0 .9)比较差异显著 (P 0 .0 5 ) ;呼出气体CO2 浓度差值也以洛布桑组 (- 2 .2± 0 .9)最大 ,与对照组 (- 1 .3± 0 .5 )比较差异非常显著 (P 0 .0 1 )。结论洛布桑可以提高机体摄取O2 和排除CO2 的能力 ,有利于机体对高原缺氧的习服。
[Abstract]:Objective To find a new drug which can enhance the oxygen - deficient ability of officers and soldiers in the Tibetan medicine rich in anti - anoxia medicine . The changes of lung activity , exhaled gas O2 and CO2 concentration were observed before and after the accumulation of 1 72 new recruits . Results The pulmonary activity and O2 concentration of the new recruits were significantly higher than those before the accumulation ( P 0.01 ) , while the CO2 concentration of exhaled gas was significantly higher than that before the accumulation ( P 0.01 ) . Compared with control group ( - 2.2 卤 0.9 ) , the difference of CO2 concentration in exhaled gas was significantly higher than that in control group ( - 2.2 卤 0.9 ) ( P 0.01 ) . Conclusion Lobosan can improve the ability of the organism to take O2 and remove CO2 , which is beneficial to the body ' s habit of hypoxia in the plateau .
