内关穴位刺激对抗模拟失重大鼠心功能变化的研究

【摘要】:目的研究内关穴位刺激对抗模拟失重大鼠心功能变化的作用,探索对抗失重环境下生理学变化的新措施。方法采用尾部悬吊模拟失重生理效应。大鼠随机分成3组:对照组(Con),尾吊30天组(TS),尾吊30天加内关穴位隔日刺激组(TS+neiguan),每组10只大鼠。结果与Con组比,TS组和TS+neiguan大鼠空腹体重明显下降(P0.05)。超声心动图指标TS组室间隔舒张末期厚度(IVSd)、室间隔收缩末期厚度(IVSs)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)、左室舒张末期后壁厚度(LVPWd)下降(P0.05);左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)和左室射血分数(EF)显著下降(P0.01);心率(HR)显著升高。穴位刺激组尽管所有指标有类似于TS组的变化趋势,但与Con组相比,差别无统计学意义,且TS+neiguan组LVDd明显高于TS组(P0.01)。去甲肾上腺素(NE)和肾上腺素(EPI)含量TS大鼠均明显高于对照组(P0.01)和TS+neiguan组(P0.05);TS+neiguan与Con组比无明显差别。血清血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)和皮质酮(CORT)含量各组间无差别。醛固酮(ALD)含量TS组和TS+neiguan组明显高于Con组(P0.05,P0.01)。结论模拟失重主要引起左心室功能降低和结构变化,心血管调节功能变化,内关穴位刺激能较好对抗这些不利影响,在对抗失重生理变化方面可能有较好应用前景。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effects of Neiguan acupoint stimulation on the changes of cardiac function in simulated weightlessness rats, and to explore new measures for antagonizing physiological changes in weightlessness. Methods the effects of weightlessness were simulated by tail suspension. Rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group (Con), tail suspension group (TS) for 30 days, tail suspension group for 30 days and Neiguan acupoint stimulation group (TS neiguan),) for each group of 10 rats. Results compared with Con group, the fasting body weight of TS and TS neiguan rats decreased significantly (P0.05). Echocardiographic indicators of left ventricular septal end diastolic thickness (IVSd), interventricular septal end systolic thickness (IVSs), left ventricular shortening rate (FS), left ventricular posterior diastolic wall thickness (LVPWd), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVDd) and left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) were significantly decreased in TS group (P0.05). The heart rate (HR) increased significantly. Although all the indexes of acupoint stimulation group were similar to those of TS group, there was no significant difference compared with Con group, and LVDd in TS neiguan group was significantly higher than that in TS group (P0.01). The contents of norepinephrine (NE) and epinephrine (EPI) in TS rats were significantly higher than those in control group (P0.01) and TS neiguan group (P0.05).
