特种兵部队军事训练伤的发生特点与预防对策

【摘要】: 课题目的:随着我军军事训练工作的不断深入,军事训练伤的预防工作也不断的引起人们的关注。军事训练伤是影响部队正常训练和部队官兵军事素质提高的重要因素,也是困扰从事军事训练人员的主要问题。只有在对训练伤全面认识和了解的基础上,才能有针对性的开展预防工作。本课题分别采用现场实验、问卷调查、现场体检等方法,对特种兵部队各兵种军事训练伤的诱因、机理、治疗、预后进行研究、对比、探讨了军事训练伤的预防措施。 采用方法:1、现场随机抽取我部坦克分队2个连共官兵68名,炮兵分队1个连官兵32名。由驻军医院3名全科医生现场进行体检,并归纳、总结、分析其发病特点。2、随机抽取我部坦克、步兵、后勤专业2级以上士官各10名,于5km越野考核后测量血压、心率。5分钟后再次测量恢复情况。3、制定军事训练伤调查表,归纳、分析、总结其结果。 实验结果:1、坦克分队肌肉软组织损伤及椎间盘突出发病率最高;步兵分队疲劳性骨折发病率最高;炮兵分队炮震性耳聋发病率最高。2、5km越野考核后,所有人员血压下降,心率加快,但步兵专业变化最小,炮兵其次,后勤变化最大。5分钟后再测,步兵专业恢复正常,后勤专业恢复最慢。3、分析军事训练伤调查表,三年以上兵发病率最高,新兵其次,二年兵最低。 实验结论:1、我部军事训练伤发病率略高于全军水平。军事训练伤极大的影响了部队的训练、施工等任务,要高度重视军训伤的防治。2、训练前进行防护教育和热身运动可有效降低发病率。
[Abstract]:Objective: with the deepening of our military training, the prevention of military training injury has been paid more and more attention. Military training injury is an important factor that affects the normal training of troops and the improvement of military quality of officers and soldiers. It is also the main problem that puzzles the personnel engaged in military training. Only on the basis of comprehensive understanding and understanding of training injury, can the prevention work be carried out pertinently. In this paper, the inducement, mechanism, treatment and prognosis of military training injury of special forces troops were studied by means of field experiment, questionnaire and physical examination respectively, and the preventive measures of military training injury were discussed. By using method 1, 68 officers and soldiers of 2 companies of our tank unit and 32 officers and soldiers of one company of artillery unit were randomly selected from the scene. Three general practitioners in the garrison hospital were examined on the spot, and the characteristics of the disease were summarized, summarized and analyzed. 10 non-commissioned officers of our tank, infantry, logistics specialty and above were randomly selected. Blood pressure was measured after 5km off-road examination. Heart rate. 5 minutes later, the recovery was measured again. The heart rate was quickened, but the infantryman specialized change was the least, the artillery was the second, the logistics change was greatest in 5 minutes, the infantry specialty returned to normal, and the logistics specialty recovered the slowest .3.Analyzing the military training injury questionnaire, the incidence rate of the soldiers over three years was the highest. The recruits were second, and the two-year soldiers were the lowest. Conclusion: 1, the incidence of military training injury in our department is slightly higher than that in the whole army. The military training injury has greatly affected the military training, construction and other tasks, it is necessary to attach great importance to the prevention and treatment of military training injury. The prevention education and warm-up exercise before training can effectively reduce the incidence of disease.
