离心机训练对大鼠不同组织mRNA表达的影响
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the expression level of five genes related to centrifuge training in rat tissues and their relationship with training time. Methods the mRNA of heart, brain, kidney, lung and intestine of rats trained with centrifuge for different time groups were extracted and quantified. Dig 11 dUTP was used to label 5 gene fragments obtained from centrifuge training by suppression subtractive hybridization as probes. The hybridization results were processed by statistical analysis after semi-quantitative optical density scanning. Results the expression level of unknown gene CH1 57 was significantly decreased in the heart and brain of rats at 6 days of training (P 0. 05) and increased at 12 days, and the expression level of unknown gene CH2 44 was found in the heart and brain of rats. The intestinal tissue was down-regulated at 6 days and 12 days after training, but the expression level of intestinal tissue was significantly different from that of the control group, and there was no significant difference between them. The neuronal nitric oxide synthase inhibitor (PIN) gene increased with the training time of centrifuge. The expression of cytochrome b (Cytb) gene in rat heart and brain tissues increased significantly with the training time (P0. 01), and the expression level of cytochrome b (Cytb) gene in the rat heart and brain tissues increased significantly (P0. 01), and the expression of cytochrome b (Cytb) gene in the rat heart and brain tissue increased significantly (P0. 01) with the increase of training time (P0. 01). The expression of EF1 伪 in lung and intestine increased significantly at 6 days of training (P 0. 05) and recovered after 12 days of training, and the expression of EF1 伪 gene increased with the increase of training time. The expression level in intestinal tissue increased significantly at 6 days training (P 0. 05), and recovered to pre training level at 12 days training. Conclusion there are differences in the expression levels of five genes in different tissues of centrifuge training rats.
