某特种大队军事训练损伤的危险因素分析

【摘要】:[目的]探讨特种兵部队训练损伤的危险因素,为有效防治提供依据。[方法]2006年11月对某特种兵大队823人训练损伤及相关情况进行问卷调查,并核对2005年11月~2006年10月的该部队各级医疗记录。资料数量化后输入计算机,采用SPSS13.0软件行单因素方差分析、二分变量Logistic分析和多元逐步线性回归分析。[结果]单因素方差分析表明,损伤组与未损伤组间,体重(P0.05)、体质指数(BM I)(P0.05)、单位(P0.05)、损伤次数(P0.01)、不能耐受训练量的程度(P0.01)、对训练安排不满意度(P0.01)存在显著差异。Logistic回归分析表明,不能耐受训练量的程度(OR=1.435,P0.01)、对训练安排不满意度(OR=1.403,P0.01)、单位(OR=1.085,P0.05)、BM I(OR=1.099,P1.05)是危险因素。多元逐步线性回归分析表明,损伤次数(B=0.683,P0.01)、睡眠不良(B=0.755,P0.01)、体重(B=0.080,P0.01)、不能耐受训练量的程度(B=0.453,P0.05)、饮食不良(B=0.559,P0.05)入选方程。[结论]体重过大、BM I过高,训练量过大、损伤次数多、不能耐受训练量、对训练安排不满意、饮食不良、睡眠不良是特种兵部队训练损伤发生的危险因素。建议针对这些危险因素采取相应的干预措施,以减少训练损伤的发生,
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the risk factors of training injury in special forces and to provide evidence for effective prevention and treatment. [methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted on 823 soldiers from November 2006 to October 2006, and the medical records from November 2005 to October 2006 were checked. After quantization, the data were inputted into the computer. Single factor analysis of variance, binary variable Logistic analysis and multivariate stepwise linear regression analysis were carried out with SPSS13.0 software. [results] single factor variance analysis showed that there were significant differences in body weight (P0.05), body mass index (BM I) (P05), unit (P0.05), number of injuries (P0.01), degree of intolerant training amount (P0.01) and dissatisfaction with training arrangement (P0.01) between the injured group and the uninjured group. The degree of intolerance to training dose (ORL 1.435 / P0.01), dissatisfaction with training arrangement (ORL 1.403 / P0.01), and unit (OR1 085 / P05) / BMI (OR1. 09 9 / P1. 05) were risk factors. Multiple stepwise linear regression analysis showed that the number of injuries (BX 0.683g P0.01), poor sleep (BP0.01), body weight (BP0.01), the degree of intolerability to training dose (BP05), and poor diet (BP0. 559P05) were selected. [conclusion] too high body weight, too much training amount, too many injuries, unable to tolerate training quantity, unsatisfactory training arrangement, poor diet and poor sleep are the risk factors of training injury in special forces. It is suggested that appropriate intervention measures should be taken in response to these risk factors in order to reduce the incidence of training injuries.
