双极射频辅助关节镜治疗膝关节军事训练伤

【摘要】：目的探讨双极射频辅助关节镜对膝关节军事训练伤的治疗效果。方法2003年3月～2006年12月,56例膝关节军事训练伤患者行关节镜检查和双极射频辅助关节镜微创手术治疗。术后所有病例随访观察,记录临床检查结果和Lysholm评分。结果各种损伤类型单独统计,半月板损伤52例,内侧副韧带损伤2例,外侧副韧带损伤1例,前交叉韧带损伤17例,后交叉韧带损伤3例。内外侧副韧带损伤采用开放手术治疗,其余损伤均采用双极射频辅助关节镜修复与重建。术后随访8～16个月,平均12个月,疗效满意,随访优良率达96%。结论膝关节军事训练伤的主要特点是半月板和膝关节韧带损伤,双极射频辅助关节镜微创手术治疗具有创伤小、并发症少和功能恢复快等优点。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of bipolar radiofrequency arthroscopy on knee joint military training injury. Methods from March 2003 to December 2006, 56 cases of knee joint military training injury underwent arthroscopy and bipolar radiofrequency assisted arthroscopy. All cases were followed up and the results of clinical examination and Lysholm score were recorded. Results there were 52 cases of meniscus injury, 2 cases of medial collateral ligament injury, 1 case of lateral collateral ligament injury, 17 cases of anterior cruciate ligament injury and 3 cases of posterior cruciate ligament injury. Internal and external collateral ligament injuries were treated by open surgery, and other injuries were repaired and reconstructed by bipolar radiofrequency assisted arthroscopy. All patients were followed up for 8 ~ 16 months (mean 12 months) with satisfactory curative effect. The excellent and good rate of follow-up was 96%. Conclusion the main characteristics of knee joint military training injury are meniscus and knee ligament injury. Bipolar radiofrequency assisted arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery has the advantages of less trauma, fewer complications and faster functional recovery.
