太空和地面环境发育鸡胚的耳蜗神经节神经元形态比较

【摘要】:目的:探讨太空微重力对鸡胚耳蜗神经元的形态发育有无影响。方法:随机选取太空发育鸡胚和地面发育鸡胚各2只,利用计算机显微测量技术测量耳蜗神经节神经元截面的面积、周长、形态系数,每只鸡胚测量200个神经元。结果:2只太空发育鸡胚的耳蜗神经元截面的面积分别为(109.62±22.56)μm2和(123.63±26.73)μm2,周长分别为(39.71±4.28)μm和(42.00±4.87)μm,形状系数分别为0.865 2±0.048 7和0.872 4±0.058 7。2只地面发育鸡胚的前庭神经元截面的面积分别为(118.22±26.82)μm2和(114.08±27.83)μm2,周长分别为(41.23±4.88)μm和(40.25±5.08)μm,形状系数分别为0.864 7±0.061 4和0.872 2±0.048 2。结论:本研究结果提示微重力对耳蜗神经元的形态发育可能无影响。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of space microgravity on the morphological development of chicken embryo cochlear neurons. Methods: the area, perimeter and morphological coefficient of the cochlear ganglion neurons were measured by computer micrometer technique. 200 neurons were measured in each chicken embryo. Results the area of the cochlear neurons in the two space developing chicken embryos were (109.62 卤22.56) 渭 m ~ 2 and (123.63 卤26.73) 渭 m ~ 2, the perimeter were (39.71 卤4.28) 渭 m and (42.00 卤4.87) 渭 m, and the shape coefficients were 0.865 2 卤0.048 7 and 0.872 4 卤0.058 7.2, respectively. The area of the vestibular neurons was (39.71 卤4.28) 渭 m and (42.00 卤4.87) 渭 m, respectively. The shape coefficients were 0.865 2 卤0.048 7 and 0.872 4 卤0.058 7.2, respectively. (118.22 卤26.82) 渭 m ~ (2) and (114.08 卤27.83) 渭 m ~ (2), the perimeter is (41.23 卤4.88) 渭 m and (40.25 卤5.08) 渭 m, the shape coefficients are 0.864 7 卤0.061 4 and 0.872 2 卤0.048 2, respectively. Conclusion: the results suggest that microgravity may have no effect on the morphological development of cochlear neurons.
