飞行员严重飞行错觉的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:规范严重飞行错觉的概念、诊断方法和鉴定原则。方法:总结25例飞行员的严重飞行错觉资料。结果:①倾斜错觉、前庭本体性错觉、Ⅱ型飞行错觉、生理心理性错觉所占比例较高。②在25例严重飞行错觉中,3例发生机毁人亡的A类飞行事故,13例飞行不合格做停飞处理,9例飞行合格恢复飞行。结论:严重飞行错觉是造成飞行员停飞和危及飞行安全的重要原因,本文的研究内容可作为今后判定、诊断和鉴定严重飞行错觉的参考。
