武警某部战士运动系统训练伤的流行病学调查

【摘要】:目的 :为了做好武警部队军事训练伤的卫生保障工作 ,调查运动系统训练伤在武警部队训练中的发生特点 ,探讨降低训练伤的有效预防对策。方法 :根据《中国人民解放军军事训练伤诊断分类标准》 ,采用随机整群抽样填表调查的方式对武警某部队 1986名战士运动系统训练伤的情况进行调查。结果 :武警部队运动系统训练伤的发生率为 2 5 .3% ,全训组 (2 9.6 % )明显高于非全训组 (2 1.1% ) ,两组相比 ,差异非常显著 (P 0 .0 1)。发生率与入伍时间及训练科目、训练时间、训练强度有密切关系 ,训练伤主要以骨关节伤 (全训组 4 1% ,半训组 4 0 .7% )和软组织伤 (全训组 4 5 % ,半训组 35 .7% )为主 ,致伤因素主要为器械、擒敌技术、4 0 0m障碍、5km越野等 ,全训组在战术科目上的发生率显著高于半训组 ,两组相比差异非常显著 (P 0 .0 1)。结论 :该部队训练伤发病率较高 ,应加强全训部队及新兵的卫生知识宣传、教育 ,强化基层医务人员的医学监督职能 ,基层指挥员应学会合理安排军事训练 ,科学施训
[Abstract]:Objective: in order to do a good job of health support for military training injury of armed police force, to investigate the characteristics of sports system training injury in the training of armed police force, and to explore the effective preventive measures to reduce the training injury. Methods: according to the Classification criteria for the diagnosis of military training injuries of Chinese people's Liberation Army (PLA), a random cluster sampling survey was used to investigate the sports system training injuries of 1986 soldiers of a certain armed police force. Results: the incidence of motor system training injury in armed police force was 25.3%, which was significantly higher in the whole training group (29.6%) than that in the non-training group (21.1%). The difference between the two groups was very significant (P < 0.01). The incidence rate was closely related to the time of enlistment, subject of training, training time and intensity of training. The main injuries were bone and joint injury (41% in the whole training group, 40. 7% in the half training group) and soft tissue injury (45% in the whole training group). The incidence of tactical subjects in the whole training group was significantly higher than that in the half training group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: the incidence of training injury in the army is high. The health knowledge propaganda and education of the whole training unit and the recruits should be strengthened, the medical supervision function of the medical personnel at the grass-roots level should be strengthened, and the commanders at the basic level should learn to arrange the military training reasonably.
