军队区域医疗网络构想

【摘要】：正我军的医疗卫生资源是军队现代化建设的重要组成部分,全军各级医疗机构担负着保障广大指战员身心健康的重要职能。充分发挥好我军现有卫生资源的作用,提高部队战斗力,是卫勤管理工作的一个重要课题。本文从分析军队医疗工作中存在的薄弱环节入手,寻找一种能够从根本上解决军队医疗保障工作中突出存在的矛盾和问题的有效办法。1建立区域医疗网络的必要性与可行性1．1必要性从目前军队医疗体制和医疗现状看,在现有体制下部队医疗服务工作,无论从规模上还是从功能上讲,都不能很好地满足部队官兵的需求,直接影响到部队的战斗力。经过深入的研究,我们发现,我军目前的医疗资源配置缺少一个中
[Abstract]:The medical and health resources of our army is an important part of the modernization of the army, and the medical institutions at all levels of the army shoulder the important function of safeguarding the physical and mental health of the broad range of officers and soldiers. It is an important task of medical service management to give full play to the function of the existing health resources and improve the combat effectiveness of our army. This article begins with the analysis of the weak links in the military medical work. To find an effective method that can fundamentally solve the outstanding contradictions and problems in the work of medical security in the army 1.1 the necessity and feasibility of establishing a regional medical network must be viewed from the current military medical system and medical status. Under the present system, the medical service work of the army can not meet the needs of the officers and men in terms of scale or function, which directly affects the combat effectiveness of the troops.
