【摘要】：正前庭神经炎(vestibular neuritis,VN)又名前庭神经元炎、病毒性迷路炎、急性单侧前庭功能减退、急性单侧周围性前庭神经病,是导致周围性眩晕的主要原因之一,是第二位最常见、仅次于良性阵发性位置性眩晕(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV)的外周性前庭病变~([1])。其发病率为3.5/10万~15.5/10万~([2-3])。在眩晕或神经内科门诊中,VN患者占0.5%~9.0%~([4])。下面就VN的临床表现、病因、诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗、航空医学鉴
[Abstract]:Positive vestibular neuritis (vestibular neuritis,VN), also known as vestibular neuritis, viral labyrinthitis, acute unilateral vestibular dysfunction and acute unilateral peripheral vestibular neuropathy, is one of the main causes of peripheral vertigo and the second most common cause. Peripheral vestibular lesions, second only to benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV). Its incidence rate is 3.5 / 100,000- 15.5 / 100,000- [2-3].
