部队HIV初筛检测的现状分析与建议

【摘要】：目的了解战区联勤后部队新兵卫生检疫、新兵HIV检测工作,探讨驻军、兵种医院HIV初筛实验室的建设、人员培训、实验室装备、生物安全存在的问题,促进各医院提高HIV检测质量,保证部队人员及手术和输血患者的安全,更好地为联勤部队服务。方法对部队新兵卫生检疫、医院HIV初筛实验室进行实地抽查,对发现的问题及应对策略进行探讨。结果总的情况较好,医院各级领导比较重视,规章制度建立较全面,人员培训力度大。但存在对HIV初筛实验室的设置重视不够,实验室仪器设备装备参差不齐,人员流动快,实验室操作规范性较差,联勤部队盲目开展HIV检测,试剂缺少对照等问题。针对现状提出建议:HIV初筛实验室建设要引起各级领导的重视,艾滋病初筛实验室要从基础建设抓起,对人员要形成循环培养,联勤体制下增强责任意识,试剂配发要多样化,使HIV初筛检测结果准确无误。结论所提出的建议对搞好部队HIV初筛检测质量具有重要意义
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the health quarantine and HIV inspection of recruits after joint service in war zone, and to discuss the problems existing in the HIV screening laboratory, personnel training, laboratory equipment and biosafety in garrison and arms hospitals. To promote the quality of HIV testing in hospitals, to ensure the safety of military personnel and patients undergoing surgery and blood transfusion, and to better serve the joint service units. Methods the health quarantine and HIV screening laboratory of army recruits were investigated on the spot, and the problems and countermeasures were discussed. Results the general situation was better, the leaders at all levels of hospital paid more attention to it, the rules and regulations were set up more comprehensively, and the training of personnel was great. However, insufficient attention has been paid to the establishment of HIV primary screening laboratory, the equipment of laboratory instruments and equipment is not uniform, the personnel flow is fast, the standard of laboratory operation is poor, the joint service troops blindly carry out HIV detection, the reagent is lack of contrast and so on. In view of the present situation, some suggestions are put forward: the construction of HIV primary screening laboratory should attract the attention of leaders at all levels, the AIDS primary screening laboratory should start from the basic construction, the personnel should be trained in a circular way, the sense of responsibility should be enhanced under the joint service system, and the distribution of reagents should be diversified. The results of HIV screening were accurate. Conclusion the suggestions put forward are of great significance to the quality of HIV primary screening in the army.
