依托和利用信息化管理资源建立军队中心医院临床科主任年度综合绩效评估模型研究

【摘要】: 随着医疗卫生制度改革的深入,军队信息化建设的进行,军队中心医院面临环境和任务都发生变化,如何寻求能够顺应新时期军队医院建设特点和规律的临床科主任考评制度,已经成为医院管理管理不得不认真审慎和面对的难题之一。 本文选取军队中心医院的临床科主任为研究对象,通过对现行考评的目的、方法和原则进行剖析探讨,以及对国内绩效考评办法的比较研究,结合军队中心医院计计算机网络管理系统的使用,目的在于探索适合于军队中心医院简单易行、方便、可靠的绩效评估模型。 对军队中心医院的临床科主任绩效考评指标的研究,主要按以下三个阶段进行。第一,理论预选包含计算机网络管理数据在内的48项指标,通过问卷调查的方式,分别对医务人员、管理干部、专家等群体进行调查,对调查结果采用Ridit分析,筛选出军队中心医院的临床科主任绩效考评指标体系,第二,利用层次分析法组织专家评定指标的影响,建立绩效评估体系的内部关系,并确立指标体系各指标的权重。第三,建立军队中心医院的临床科主任年度绩效量化考评的模型,并用实例模型进行验证。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of medical and health system and the development of military information construction, the military central hospital is faced with changes in its environment and tasks. How to find a clinical director's evaluation system that can adapt to the characteristics and rules of military hospital construction in the new period? It has become one of the difficult problems that hospital management has to be careful and face. This article selects the clinical department director of the military central hospital as the research object, through to the present appraisal goal, the method and the principle carries on the analysis discussion, as well as to the domestic performance appraisal method comparison research, Combined with the application of military central hospital computer network management system, the purpose of this paper is to explore a simple, convenient and reliable performance evaluation model suitable for military central hospital. The research on the performance evaluation index of clinical department director in military central hospital is mainly carried out in the following three stages. First, the theoretical pre-selection of 48 indicators, including computer network management data, through the way of questionnaires, respectively to medical personnel, management cadres, experts and other groups, the survey results were analyzed by Ridit. The evaluation index system of clinical department director of military central hospital is selected. Secondly, the influence of expert evaluation index is organized by AHP, the internal relationship of performance evaluation system is established, and the weight of each index of index system is established. Thirdly, the model of the annual performance evaluation of the clinical directors of the military central hospital is established, and the model is verified by an example.
