武警新兵集训期间伤病发生情况分析

【摘要】:目的分析武警新兵集训期间伤病发生的时间、兵源地域和城乡分布特点,为预防和减少各种伤病的发生提供依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法,按照国际ICD-10标准进行疾病分类。采用Epiinfo6.0录入数据,SPSS11.0进行数据分析。结果新兵集训期间,呼吸系统疾病占所有系统疾病的54.06%。就伤病总的时间趋势而言,开训前2周呈上升趋势,以后逐渐下降,第2周、第6周和第10周出现3个高峰,昼夜发病率分别达到12.66‰、8.45‰和7.00‰。上呼吸道感染在第2周和第10周出现2个发病高峰,分别为6.54‰和3.94‰。胃肠炎的昼夜发病率第8周(1.14‰)和第11周(0.83‰)较高。踝关节扭伤的发病率第2周和第6周较高,分别为0.70‰和1.14‰。来自于华东、华北、华中和东北4个地区的新兵发病率有显著差异(χ2=71.217,P0.05)。4个地区间上呼吸道感染发病率不同(χ2=25.771,P0.05),而胃肠炎和踝关节扭伤无显著性差异(P0.05)。城乡新兵总发病率无显著性差异(χ2=0.021,P=0.884)。农村兵踝关节扭伤的发病率显著高于城镇兵(χ2=7.29,P=0.007)。上呼吸道感染和胃肠炎发病率在城乡新兵间无显著性差异。结论预防呼吸系统疾病对集训卫生防病工作意义重大;防病工作在不同训练期间应有所侧重;卫生防病预案的制定需要遵循疾病自身发病特点。
