武警部队洪灾救援中食源性疾病发生的研究

【摘要】：目的 :研究武警部队在各种灾害救援行动中疾病的发病特点和规律 ,为救援部队控制疾病采取切实可行的预防对策。方法 :采用国际疾病分类方法 (ICD— 10 )进行统计分类 ,计算疾病发生数及构成比。结果 :武警部队 1990～ 2 0 0 0年历次洪灾救援任务中 ,各系统疾病均有不同程度的发生 ,总发病数为 36 338人 ,其中食源性疾病 810 0人占总发病数的2 2 .2 9%。 1997、 1998、 1999年食源性疾病分别占当年洪灾救援任务中总发病数的 4 8.2 0 %、 2 2 .99%、 2 0 .0 7% ,与往年相比得到了明显的控制。但在一些局部救援重灾区发病情况有明显上升现象 ,而南北方地区食源性疾病发病情况差异有显著性(P0 .0 0 0 1)。前线官兵食源性疾病发生情况 ,有面广、强度小、相对集中等流行特点。结论 :应根据灾情程度、参战人数、参战时日、任务性质掌握疾病发病周期及规律 ,及早采取有针对性的预防对策 ,减少疾病减员确保部队的战斗力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the characteristics and regularity of disease incidence in various disaster relief operations of armed police force, and to take feasible preventive measures for the rescue force to control the disease. Methods: international Classification of Disease (ICD- 10) was used to calculate the incidence and proportion of diseases. Results: in the previous flood relief missions from 1990 to 2000, the incidence of various systemic diseases was 36,338, of which 8100 food-borne diseases accounted for 22.29% of the total incidence. Food borne diseases accounted for 48.20%, 22.99% and 20.07% of the total incidence in flood relief missions in 1997, 1998 and 1999, respectively. However, the incidence of foodborne diseases increased significantly in some local rescue areas, while there was a significant difference in the incidence of foodborne diseases in the northern and southern areas (P0.001). The incidence of food-borne diseases in front-line officers and soldiers is characterized by wide coverage, low intensity and relative concentration. Conclusion: according to the degree of disaster, the number of people involved in the war, the time of war, and the nature of the task, we should master the cycle and regularity of disease incidence, take preventive measures as early as possible, and reduce the battle effectiveness of the army.
