某部新兵人格特征与应激反应强度的研究

【摘要】:目的通过心理测试了解新兵的人格特征及其军事应激反应强度 ,研究不同个性对心理健康水平及应付方式的影响 ,为指导心理干预提供理论依据。方法采用艾森克人格问卷和应激评定问卷对 114名新兵个性特征和应激水平进行调查。结果新兵内、外向性格及情绪稳定性均趋于正态分布 ;新兵过度应激的发生率为 18.4 2 % ,其中因子分最高的 5人其人格特征均为内向不稳定型 ;不同内、外向个性类型及情绪稳定性间存在显著性差异 (P 0 .0 5 ,P 0 .0 1)。结论新兵大多数具有良好的个性特征 ,且个性特征与应激水平存在相关关系。提示内向型和不稳定性人格是引发心理问题的素质因素 ,而良好的人格类型对提高应激适应能力无疑是重要的
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the personality characteristics of recruits and the intensity of military stress response through psychological test, to study the influence of different personality on mental health and coping style, and to provide theoretical basis for guiding psychological intervention. Methods the personality characteristics and stress level of 114 recruits were investigated by Eysenck Personality questionnaire and stress Assessment questionnaire. Results both extroverted personality and emotional stability tended to be normal in recruits, the incidence of excessive stress in recruits was 18.42%, and the personality characteristics of 5 persons with the highest factor scores were all introverted and unstable. There were significant differences in personality types and emotional stability between the two groups (P 0.05, P 0.01). Conclusion most recruits have good personality characteristics, and personality traits are related to stress level. It is suggested that introverted and unstable personality is the quality factor that leads to psychological problems, and good personality type is undoubtedly important to improve stress adaptability.
