五所军队医院护理人力资源利用与配置结构标准研究

【摘要】: 卫生人力资源是卫生资源中的第一组成部分,护理人力资源是卫生人力系统的重要组成元素,,提高护士的整体素质、合理配置护理人力资源对提高整个卫生人力系统的利用效率起着重要作用。 研究目的:通过对部分军队医院护理人力资源现况的调研,依据卫生资源配置的有关理论,通过专家调查、相关概念界定、护理人力资源利用效率情况分析及护理项目的分级研究,提出医院护理人力资源微观配置结构比例标准,为护理人力资源的微观结构配置提供理论参考。 资料来源:本课题来源于“十五”重点课题《军队卫生资源配置方法与标准研究》01z101-1分课题。数据来源于部分军队医院护理人力资源的现场调查资料。以问卷调查的形式对5所医院的临床护士进行现场调查,其中1所为总医院,1所为中心医院的分院,3所为驻军医院。 研究方法:采用整群抽样的方法调查部分军队医院护理人员现况,护理人员利用情况;对护理人员的职称、学历、工作年限、护理工作的难点、影响护理队伍稳定性的主要因素、参加护理继续教育所花费的时间、用于临床护理带教的时间、晚夜班护理人力配置情况、有效工时、有效护理工时及有效护理项目进行了描述性分析研究。 主要结论:护理队伍的结构不合理,临床一线护理人员学历、职称普遍偏低,护士超负荷工作、护士承担间接护理工作过多、护理人员未按职称 ”一 一 i;\.
