二次心理应激干预对特种兵血清蛋白质谱变化的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨重复心理应激干预对特种作战部队新兵血清蛋白质谱表达的影响。方法将96名某部特种作战部队新兵随机均分为单纯心理训练组、循环心理训练组和对照组,分别训练4周后,参加为期1d的高强度模拟防暴演习,并于演习结束后第3天,再次参加未被预先告知的高强度模拟防暴演习。于两次演习结束后4h内抽取3组新兵血清,采用表面增强激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)技术结合蛋白质芯片检测血清蛋白表达谱的变化并进行统计学分析。结果方差分析结果显示,首次演习后3组血清中质荷比(M/Z)为6417.8、9134.2、15 171.9、14 972.7D的4种蛋白质相对含量有显著差异(P0.05),且循环训练组4种蛋白表达均显著增高;重复演习后4种蛋白质相对含量也呈明显升高趋势(P0.05),特别是对照组与首次演习后比较上升明显(P0.05)。结论心理训练可使应激后血清中低表达的蛋白明显上调。重复性高强度的抗应激训练可迅速提高机体的心理抗应激能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of repeated psychological stress intervention on the expression of serum protein profile in recruits of special operations troops. Methods Ninety-six recruits from a special operations unit were randomly divided into three groups: the simple psychological training group, the circulatory psychological training group and the control group. After 4 weeks of training respectively, they participated in a high-intensity simulated riot control exercise for a period of one day, and on the third day after the exercise. Participate again in a high-intensity simulated riot control exercise without prior warning. Serum samples of three groups of recruits were collected within 4 hours after two exercises. Surface enhanced laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOF-MS) and protein chip were used to detect the changes of serum protein expression profile. Results the results of ANOVA showed that there were significant differences in the relative contents of four proteins in the three groups after the first exercise (M / Z = 6417.8P 9134.2N 15 171.9N 14 972.7D) (P0.05). The expression of four kinds of proteins in the circulatory training group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The relative contents of four proteins also increased significantly after repeated exercises (P0.05), especially in the control group and after the first exercise (P0.05). Conclusion Psychological training can upregulate the low-expression protein in serum after stress. Repetitive high-intensity anti-stress training can rapidly improve the psychological anti-stress ability of the body.
