植入贫铀片大鼠血液和肝肾功能的变化

【摘要】:目的 :弄清嵌入 (植入 )贫铀弹片是否会引起机体血液、肝肾功能的变化 ,为救治提供依据 .方法 :手术植入贫铀片 ,临床生化自动检测仪测定各指标 .结果 :在植片后 5mo大鼠白细胞数显著增高后又回降 ,淋巴细胞的变化趋势与白细胞相同 ,红细胞和血红蛋白变化不大 ,血小板显著下降后又显著增高 .ALT和AST先升高后下降 ;T BIL一直下降 ,后虽回升 ,但仍显著低于正常组 ;AL/AS 比值一直升高 ,后下降至 0 .3左右 .植片后初期肾功能出现一定损伤 ,2 0d左右逐渐好转 ,1 2 0 1 5 0d时 ,各指标基本恢复正常 ,但尿蛋白、亚硝酸盐异常及肌酐呈上升趋势 .结论 :贫铀片可引起动物血液、肝肾功能异常 ,后逐渐恢复 ,但仍残留一些指标呈阳性
[Abstract]:Objective: to find out whether embedding depleted uranium bomb can cause changes of blood, liver and kidney function. Methods: the depleted uranium tablets were implanted in the operation and the clinical biochemical automatic detector was used to measure each index. Results: the number of white blood cells in 5mo rats increased significantly and then decreased, the change trend of lymphocytes was the same as that of white blood cells, and the changes of red blood cells and hemoglobin were not obvious. ALT and AST increased first and then decreased. T BIL decreased and then increased, but it was still significantly lower than that of the normal group, and the AL/AS ratio increased continuously, and then decreased to about 0.3. The renal function was damaged in the early stage of grafts, and gradually improved at 20 days. At 1 20150 days, the indexes returned to normal basically, but the urinary protein, nitrite abnormality and creatinine showed an increasing trend. Conclusion: depleted uranium can cause abnormal blood, liver and kidney function, and then recover gradually, but some of the remaining indexes are positive.
