军事医学综合演练学员42例晕厥原因分析及防治措施

【摘要】：目的探讨军医大学军事医学综合演练期间学员发生晕厥的病因及其影响因素。方法结合演练实际,对参加军事医学综合演练中学员发生晕厥42例临床资料情况进行回顾性的调查分析。结果军事医学演练中血管功能障碍性晕厥占78.87%,女生发病率明显高于男生(χ2=28.27,P0.01);代谢性晕厥占14.29%;演练第1～3天时晕厥发病率最高(69%)。结论对参加军事医学综合演练的学员应采取加强预防、及时救治、平时强化锻炼、灵活管理等措施,防止和减少晕厥情况发生,以保障军校学员的身体健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the etiology and influencing factors of syncope in cadets during comprehensive exercise of military medicine in military Medical University. Methods the clinical data of 42 cases of syncope in the comprehensive exercise of military medicine were analyzed retrospectively. Results the incidence of vascular dysfunction syncope was 78.87 in military medical training, the incidence of female was significantly higher than that of male (蠂 228.27, P0.01), the metabolic syncope was 14.29, and the incidence of syncope was the highest (69%) at the 1st day of exercise. Conclusion in order to prevent and reduce syncope, the cadets who take part in the comprehensive exercise of military medicine should take measures such as strengthening prevention, timely treatment, strengthening exercise and flexible management in order to ensure the students' health.
