全军首届疼痛学及癌症止痛培训班在北京军区总医院举行

【摘要】：正根据总政、总后联合下发的继续教育的安排,由北京军区总医院肿瘤科土办、《解放军医学杂志))编辑部协办的全军首届疼痛学及癌症止痛培训班于2006年10月11日-10月16日在北京成功举办。培训班邀清了国内镇痛领域著名的专家学者秦伯益、郝希山院士和蔡志基、黄宇光、樊碧发、徐国柱、申文江、陈正堂等知名教授现场教学。国家卫生部和食品药品监督管理局的官员介绍了相关的政策法规,并回答了参训人员提山的问题。全军肿瘤临床治疗中心、北京军区总医院肿瘤科主任刘端祺教授、《解放军医学杂志》常务副总编贾万年编审共同主持了这期培训班。2006年10月11日培圳班开班,适逢第三个“世界镇痛日”,中国抗癌协会和培训班在北京军区总医院礼堂共同举行了纪念镇痛日的活动。中国抗癌基金会会长、国家卫生部原副部长彭玉,总后卫生部副部长陈新年,中国抗癌协会秘书长张宗卫等参加了此次活动并讲话。他们在讲话中强凋,自20世纪80年代以来,国际医学界把疼痛问题重新提到议事日程,强调“无疼痛是患者应有的基本权利,为患者镇痛是医务人员的责任,镇痛事业是一项为人类造福的神圣的事业”。WHO以癌痛为突破口,提出了行之有效的“三阶梯止痛治疗原则”。这一原则在我国实行15年来,已有数万名医务人员接受培训,上千万癌症患者从中受益。针对以腰背关节等慢性疼痛为主的广大患者,国际医学界达成了“慢性疼痛不仅是一种症状,更是一种疾病”的共识,制定了一套行之有效的治疗方案,亟需在实践中加以丰富和完善。他们热烈祝贺全军首届疼痛学及癌症止痛培训班的举办,认为这是军队重视疼痛治疗、重视广大官兵健康和提高医务人员素质的具体措施,为提高全军疼痛学研究和临床治疗水平做出了贡献。
[Abstract]:According to the arrangement of continuing education issued jointly by the General Administration and the General Post, the Department of Oncology of the General Hospital of the Beijing military region, The first training course on pain and cancer relief was successfully held in Beijing from October 11 to October 16, 2006. It is urgent to enrich and perfect it in practice. They warmly congratulated the entire army on the holding of the first pain and Cancer pain Relief training course as a concrete measure for the army to attach importance to pain treatment, pay attention to the health of the officers and soldiers, and improve the quality of medical personnel.
