高海拔地区驻营区及野外驻训士兵头发矿物元素含量分析
[Abstract]:Objective to study the changes of mineral elements in hair of soldiers stationed at high altitude during camp and field training. Methods the dietary intake of Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca,Mg and Mn in soldiers at altitude of 4600m, 4030m and 3800m were measured by weighing method. And according to "military nutrient supply" and "Chinese residents dietary nutrition reference intake" were evaluated. The contents of Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca,Mg,Mn and Cr in the hair of soldiers in camp area and field training at 4300 m above sea level were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (Faas). Results the dietary intake of Fe,Cu,Mg and Mn was adequate, which reached the standard of 103.7%, 275.0%, 81.1% and 162.2%, respectively. However, the intake of Ca and Zn was insufficient. Only 69.5% and 77.8% of the military standard. There was no significant difference in the contents of Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca,Mg,Mn and Cr in the hair of soldiers at different altitude. The contents of Fe and Zn in the hair of the soldiers in the barracks were marginal deficiency, and the contents of Cu,Ca,Mg,Mn and Cr were abundant. The contents of Fe and Zn in the hair of soldiers in field training were marginal deficiency, the content of Mg was moderate deficiency, and the contents of Cu,Ca,Mn and Cr were abundant, while the content of Mg in the hair of soldiers in field training was significantly lower than that in soldiers stationed in camp area (P0.001). Conclusion under the condition of high altitude hypoxia for a long time, the demand for Zn and Fe increased, but the intake of dietary Zn and Fe could not meet the needs of the body. Field training soldiers lack of Mg, should increase the intake of vegetables, if necessary, take nutritional supplements.
