模拟推拉动作对大鼠血小板粘附聚集和血液流变学的影响

【摘要】:目的 :探讨模拟推拉动作后 ,大鼠血小板计数(PLT)、粘附 (PAdT)、聚集功能 (PAgT)和血液流变学的变化 .方法 :将大鼠分为对照组、单纯加速度组和推拉动作组 .利用动物离心机和体位翻转控制装置 ,推拉动作组暴露 + 5Gz 3 0s后 ,- 5Gz暴露 3s,+ 10Gz暴露 2 0s.单纯加速度组进行 + 5Gz暴露 3 5s后 ,+ 10Gz暴露 2 0s.共作用 4次 ,两次之间间歇5min .对照组只进行同样时间、同样方法的固定 ,但不受±Gz作用 .观察模拟推拉动作后 ,PLT ,PAdT ,PAgT和血液流变学的变化 .结果 :推拉动作组与单纯加速度组相比 ,PAdT和PAgT都明显增加 (P 0 0 5 ,P 0 0 1) ;全血粘度 (ηb)、全血还原粘度 (ηrd)和红细胞聚集指数 (EAI)亦增加 (P 0 0 5 ) .单纯加速度组与对照组相比 ,各项指标差异无显著性 .结论 :推拉动作 4次后 ,可引起PLT ,PAdT和PAgT显著性增加 ,ηb,ηrd和EAI亦增加
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the changes of platelet count (PLT), adhesion to (PAdT), aggregation function (PAgT) and hemorheology after simulated push-pull in rats. Methods: rats were divided into three groups: control group, acceleration group and push-pull group. Using animal centrifuge and position reversal control device, the push pull group was exposed to 5Gz for 30 s,-5Gz to 3 s, 10Gz to 20 s. The acceleration group was exposed to 5Gz for 35 s, then 10Gz was exposed to 20 s. A total of 4 interactions were performed, and intermittent 5min was performed between the two times. The control group was fixed for the same time with the same method, but not by 卤Gz. The changes of, PLT, PAdT, PAgT and hemorheology after simulated push-pull were observed. Results: compared with simple acceleration group, PAdT and PAgT were significantly increased in push pull group (P 0 05, P 0 01). The whole blood viscosity (畏 b), reduced viscosity (畏 rd) and erythrocyte aggregation index (EAI) were also increased (P 0 05). Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in each index between the simple acceleration group and the control group. Conclusion: after 4 times of push-pull action, PLT, PAdT and PAgT were significantly increased, 畏 b, 畏 rd and EAI were also increased.
