军事应激对军人心理和免疫内分泌系统的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨军事演习对官兵心理和免疫内分泌系统指标的影响。方法选取参加军演部队指战员126名,采用放射免疫方法(RIA)检测参演前后血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、血清皮质醇(cortisol)和醛固酮(aldosterone)水平,应用军人心理应激自评问卷(PSET)进行心理状态调查,将血清学检测结果与军人心理应激自评结果进行相关性分析。结果参加军演后,血清IL-2降低,IL-6、IL-8、TNF升高,与军演前比较有显著性差异(P0.05),PSET分值≥70的官兵(n=35)IL-2降低和IL-6、IL-8、TNF升高更明显(P0.05);军演后血清皮质醇和醛固酮均升高,与军演前比较有显著性差异(P0.05),PSET分值≥70的官兵皮质醇和醛固酮升高更明显(P0.05)。结论军演可对免疫系统产生一定的抑制作用,并可引起内分泌激素水平的改变,有必要选择适宜的心理训练和体能训练来提高官兵的免疫能力和心理应激能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of military exercises on psychological and immune endocrine system indexes of officers and soldiers. Methods the serum levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-8, tumor necrosis factor (TNF), serum cortisol (cortisol) and aldosterone (aldosterone) were measured by (RIA) in 126 military officers before and after the exercise. The psychological status of soldiers with psychological stress self-assessment questionnaire (PSET) was investigated, and the correlation between serological test results and soldiers' psychological stress self-assessment results was analyzed.
